In a luxurious garden, in the middle of palm trees and laurels, stand a marvelous pool and spa (not a hot tub: its combined with the pool and have same temperature) with a solar heating which is the icing on the cake !

The solar heating is completly free and available from March trough October , depending of the weather , of course !

We are French and we love Las vegas, we bought this home for our vacation and we rent it sometimes.

In a calm and safe district, the vacation home has a justified name : PARADISE IN LAS VEGAS !

The house, fully upgraded, fully equiped and decorated has a Wifi connexion with high speed internet in every house's room and in the patios and backyard.

With 2 floors, the house is composed of :

On the first floor :

A big lounge with eating room for 4, a game table.

A TV room with two sofas, a big screen TV with DVD player and Amazon Fire TV (dozens of internet TV channels and hundreds of movies / TV shows on demand FREE of charge).

An american kitchen in marble, fully equipped with an american fridge double door, ice-maker, ice-crusher, big freezer, double toaster, cofee machine, oven, microwave-oven, dishwasher and kettle.

An access to the two car garage with automatic and radio controlled door (the remote is given).

An half bathroom (toilets and wash-stand).

A laundry with washer and dryer.

On the second floor :

A master-bedroom with king-size bed, big screen TV with Amazon Fire TV (dozens of internet TV channels and hundreds of movies / TV shows on demand FREE of charge).

A georgous bathroom in marble double wash-stand, separated shower, big bathtub, separated toilets and huge dressing.

Two bedrooms with a queen size bed each, closet and furnitures.

A bathroom with separet shower and toilets, storage space and wash stand.

Outside :

A huge cover-patio sheltering an eating table and chairs for 6 and a garden lounge brightend up with sofas and chairs.

A second cover-patio at the edge of the pool with many chairs.

A pool (heading South) surrounded by many waterfalls, and a spa allowing you to enjoy Las Vegas's sun.

Of course, many transats are at your willing as an invitation to the farniente !

The backyard having many palm trees, multicolors laurels, rosebush, and colibri's plants (you will see colibris often) will make you enjoy Las Vegas's pleasant climat !

Pool and spa policy : The solar heating is free and available from the March trough October.

But depending of the weather of course ....

Please note that this house is NOT a party house , it's a cool, peaceful and silent vacation home .

if you rent it you have to use it as if it's your own house and respect the rules.

The neighborhood is very quiet and with family atmosphere .

FYI: The area is in a specific silent area of Las Vegas.

So no music,no noise are accepted outside the house ·

Our little paradise is in a very quiet and family area so NO MUSIC no noise outside is allowed
Very strict SILENT AREA in our neighborhood.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Dominique (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dominique (the owner) a message.

If Dominique (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
