Description

Welcome to our personal vacation home! I (Alex) have just finished a remodel inside the home, and am putting the finishing touches on the outside, including new landscaping. More photos will be posted soon.

Our newly remodeled single story home is over 2300sq/ft, and has three (3) bedrooms and three (3) bathrooms. The house currently sleeps 8, and has one King, one Queen, one Double, and Two Twin beds. I'm planning on adding a futon couch in the near future.

We have an onsite client service manager who oversees my property while I'm out of town, and is happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

The kitchen has just been remodeled from the ground up. The granite counter topped cherry shaker style cabinets rest on a high quality travertine tile floor. All the stainless steel appliances are brand new as well.

In the back yard there's a 27' pool, and newly remodeled in ground hot tub. The cabana next to the pool has a 3/4 bathroom with a shower.

Commercial grade recliner chairs are available so you can comfortably soak in the sun. The pool is surrounded by a fence to protect children and pets.

For your added protection, I've just added a new security system which you can arm while home or away, and the password is randomly generated by our on-site client service manager for each new guest.

The large covered back patio by the pool has a built-in gas grill, sink, and a 4 top table and chairs.

How do damage deposits work?

If Alex (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
