Description

This sea-front attic apartment is simply one of the best in Las Canteras. Its amazing and huge open terrace offers one of the most beautiful sightviews of the beach. Besides, the apartment was totally restored on August 2016 and it has two very spacious bedrooms. It is the only apartment located in the top floor of a very quiet building of only twelve apartments. The building was restored in 2012. The distance between the main door of the building and the sand of Las Canteras beach is only 20metres!

The apartment is located in the neighborhood of Peña de la Vieja, only 200 meters far from Mesa y Lopez Avenue, the main comercial area of Las Palmas. Also Santa Catalina Park and its Bus Station are only 10 minutes far by walk. The area is surrounded by plenty of traditional y new trendy price value bars and restaurants. At night, the neighborhood is extremely quiet.
