3 bedroom, 2 bath situated in a prime location, in the beautiful area of Villamartin, Las Fillipinas, an area which caters for all, whether your a family of 6 ,or a couple, or even a couple of golfers wanting a few rounds of golf. The property has a well maintained communal pool, which has Dessenys bar right next to it, so you can have a nice cool swim followed by a cold refreshing drink. The most beautiful thing about this property is sitting on the ground floor patio having breakfast, and watching the sun come over the horizon, while hearing the birds in the park on the left hand side of the property.

Restaurants include Che's, Eduardos, Mauritos Kitchen, Southern Beauty, and plenty of other good bars and restuarants to chose from. There is a bus service 300 metres from the house which takes you to the beautiful beach of Campomor, other stops include the Cabo Riog strip, villamartin, la zenia, playa flamenca. The Costa Blanca is not as cold or wet in the winter as the Costa Brava, north of Costa Blanca, nor is it as humid or hot in the summer as the Costa del Sol, in the south. In the winter months the Costa Blanca is lucky enough to have nearly as many sunny days as in the summertime.The Costa Blanca is famous for its tourism. Once upon a time the places along the coast were mostly just tiny fishing villages. Then the fantastic climate and beaches attracted tourists and the area boomed. Some towns have restricted their development and retained their original charms while others have over-developed and lost what charm they originally had.The Costa Blanca has over 100 kms of sandy beaches and rocky coves and many of the beaches have the coveted European Blue Flag signifying cleanliness and safe bathing.

The region enjoys 300 days of sunshine per year. It caters for all ages. There is blue flag beaches, waterparks, jet skis, horse riding, quads, fishing, go-karts, night life, golf courses, great restuarants.

Las Filipinas

At the heart of Villamartin is a central square, which boasts a bank, supermarket, a variety of shops, cafes bars and restaurants and two super golf courses, a great place to relax. One of the golf courses is a championship golf course. There is a new shopping centre being built 5 mins from villamartin, and opens in the autumn with 250 stores. 5 mins drive from villamartin you also have one of the biggest open air markets on the Costa Blanca, held every Saturday at Playa La Flamenca. Also close to Villamartin is the old administrative town of Orihuela, famous for its market gardens and splendid baroque cathedral. There is plenty of free newspapers available from cafe's, bar's, everywhere really, which contain help for everything you will ever need. if you have never been to the Costa Blanca, you will find it to be one of the most relaxing places you will ever be to.

“Excellant villa and location for a family or a group holiday”

Excellent accommodation. We traveled in a group of 7 and there was enough beds for us all which were very comfortable. Plenty of fresh linen was provided. The villa had all the mod cons and was very spacious. We were near a large supermarket and several restaurants and bars. The pool was very close to the house and well laid out. we sat at night on the patio and enjoyed a few glasses of wine which was very relaxing and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. some of the group had never been in Spain before and have said they would definitely come to this villa with their families. As a group We have decided to book to come again next year. The owner of the property was very helpful recommending local restaurants and places to visit.
