This 2 bedroom garden apartment is located in the exclusive gated community of Reserva de Marbella with 24hr security. It is perfect for those looking for some peace and quiet and yet only 5 minutes drive (2km) to the best sandy beaches in East Marbella.

The apartment is completely equipped with home comforts such as local spanish TV, some international channels and UK internet TV (extra charge), WIFI (pay as you go), and hot/cold aircon. A car parking space is allocated in the underground car park and there is a lift for easy access (there are no steps at all). The large covered terrace has a dining table with 4 chairs leading out to a private garden with 2 sunbeds, overlooking the pool and jacuzzi.

For those who like to eat al-fresco (necessary during the summer months), then there is also a useful charcoal barbecue which can be used. Kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, hob, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc. and the indoor

Even though a car is necessary, only 5 minutes drive will bring you to everything you need for a perfect holilday/short break eg. beaches, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and all other amenities. The bus stop is just 3 minutes drive away and the service running between Marbella and Fuengirola is regular every 30 minutes so great for those looking for a night out in Marbella Old Town without having the stress of driving into town and looking for parking.

Perfect for golfers, there is a wide choice of courses less than 10 minutes drive away including Cabopino, Santa Maria Golf, Greenhills and Miraflores.

Family activities could include the Amazonia Tree Tops adventure park in Elviria (10 minutes drive), the waterpark and zoo in Fuengirola, or just pedaloes on the beach!! The area has a bit of everything to offer for everyone. Available throughout the whole year for short, medium and long term rentals.

Pay as you go internet wifi from 19eur per week payable locally, final clean/laundry charge also payable locally of 75eur, Late Meet and Greet charge (arrivals at apartment after 2300hrs) 35eur. The Costa del Sol region

Andalucia covers a vast area from the east side of Malaga along the Costa del Sol to Cadiz, and of course, inland into pretty white washed spanish villages where time appears to have stood still.

There is such a wide variety of activities and things to see, that it's really just a matter of opening a map and taking your pick. Do you want to laze on a comfortable chill-out bed whilst listening to a DJ play the latest tunes, do you want to be on a beach where you know that the kids will be safe playing and will keep themselves occupied making friends with other kids, or perhaps you like to jump in the car to explore and investigate the history of Spain in small towns such as Ronda, Monda, Ojen, Casares, Gaucin, Mijas... the list is endless.

Las Chapas

The urbanisation of La Reserva de Marbella is located just 3 minutes drive down to the main coastal highway and main access road to Marbella and Fuengirola which are both 20 minutes drive away in either direction.

The beaches of Elviria and of course the famous Nikki Beach is 5 minutes drive away. If you want to leave the car behind one day, taxis can be easily arranged and a trip into the centre of Marbella to sample the tapas in the Old Town will cost you around 25eur. The bus service is also regular and reliable.

Alternatively, Elviria commercial centre is very close by with several large supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops. Cabopino Port is perfect for a night out dining under the stars. In fact restaurant and dining possibilities really are endless - it just depends what you are looking for.

The Costa del Sol is famous for it's golf courses and Cabopino Golf Course (5 minutes drive away), Miraflores Golf (10 minutes drive), Santa Maria Elviria (5 minutes drive) and Santa Clara Golf (10 minutes drive) are easily accessible.

Getting around

You should hire a car, but if you want to visit Marbella or Fuengirola you can very easily park the car at the bottom of the hill (a couple of minutes from the apartment) and catch the regular bus service. It saves time looking for parking and is very easy. Our Property Manager will be able to help you with this.

Interaction with guest

Our Property Manager lives very close by and so is easily on hand to take care of anything you might need. She will personally meet you with keys and to show you around.
