Location- Situated in one of the most sought after locations of Larnaca this 2 bedroom apartment offers panoramic sea views, great comfort, luxury and relaxation.

The apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2018 and features a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, spacious open plan dining room and living room area opening up to the balcony with panoramic sea views and complete with modern and comfortable furniture making it the ideal place to enjoy the view over a relaxing or romantic drink.

The master bedroom comes with a large comfortable double bed while the second bedroom offers two full single beds. Combined with the double sofa-bed in the living room Zoe Seafront Suite can comfortably accommodate five persons. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and offers free high speed Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV.

Mackenzie Zoe Seafront Suite is located on the recently upgraded Piyale Pasha Avenue, resently renamed to Tasos Mitsopoulos Avenue, just a few steps from Mackenzie Beach. Literally less than a minute's walk, Mackenzie Beach is arguably the best beach in Larnaca and offers a plethora of bars, restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy gourmet international cuisine or more traditional fish meze, amazing cocktails and great night life. The more central Finikoudes beach and square is also within walking distance on the other direction and there you can find most international chains of restaurants and cafes.

Larnaca airport is only about 5 minutes' drive and within a few minutes walk from he apartment you will find restaurants, bars, ice-cream shops, pharmacies, supermarkets and much more.

The Larnaka Region

East meets West in Larnaka (Larnaca) as both Christianity and Islam have revered religious sites here, with the mosque of Hala Sultan, an important Moslem place of pilgrimage, and the church of St Lazarus, Jesus’ friend whom he resurrected from the dead.

The Mountainous Area of Lanaka (Larnaca), is dotted with charming villages with welcoming locals. The listed village of Lefkara, is perhaps the most picturesque, with its narrow streets and stone houses with red-tiled roofs and central courtyards, and a history of producing wonderful handicrafts such as filigree silverware and a traditional kind of lace known the world over as “lefkaritika”. Legend has it that Leonardo da Vinci himself came here and bought an altar cloth, which he donated to Milan cathedral.

Among archaeological sites worth visiting, Choirokoitia is one of the best preserved sites of a prehistoric settlement brought to light in the Eastern Mediterranean, and has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage site.

The church of Angeloktisti, in the village of Kiti, has one of the finest examples of Byzantine art of the Justinian period, a rare 6th century mosaic of the Virgin and Child between two archangels, while perched dramatically on a rocky peak with a panoramic view over the surrounding areas

How do damage deposits work?
