This well furnished modern apartment consists of spacious open plan living area, family bath/shower room and 2 bedrooms. The property is fully equipped for a self catering holiday, there is everything just like home. Sea views can be enjoyed from the veranda whilst having your breakfast, lunch or dinner.

This modern 2 bedroom apartment which has majestic views of the nearby sea and open fields. The kitchen is fully equipped having everything you will need for a comfortable self catering holiday. The dining area seats 4 people and in the open plan lounge area 4 people can sit comfortably. The bedroom consists of a double bed and plenty of closet space to accommodate all. Patio doors from the lounge area lead out onto the balcony which has looks onto the open fields and the sea, which makes for the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, or the superb sunsets accompanied with a glass of wine. This apartment has a/c throughout and is located on a complex with a communal swimming pool and covered parking. Included in the price, we supply bed sheets, pillow case, bath towels, hand towels for all persons, to include bath mat and 1 roll of toilet paper for every bathroom.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Panayiotis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
