The apartment is very tastefully furnished throughout and is an ideal choice for couples who wish to take in the delights of Larnaca town.
The apartment comprises kitchen with silver appliances and dining area. In bright and spacious lounge there are are two sofas and coffee table, Satellite TV, DVD and stereo system. Free Wi-Fi available. Sliding doors from the lounge area take you to a balcony furnished with outside dining furniture and views of Larnaca town.
The kitchen is open plan to dining area and is fully equipped with appliances including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, washing machine and also iron and ironing board. The dining area has a table with seating for 3 people.
The bedroom has two twin beds, fitted wardrobe and dressing table, as well as leading doors to the balcony area and is light and airy. There is a very large bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

The Larnaka District
This stunning apartment is situated in the Saint Lazarous area of Larnaca town, only 450 meters to the beach. The complex is made up of 13 units and is in a very central location of Larnaca. The apartment is set in a new complex surrounded by green area with a parking space.

Larnaca enjoys a fine setting on a wide bay with around 8 miles of sandy beaches. Famous promenade is only 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Larnaca Town Centre
On the edge of Larnaca Bay, the palm-lined seafront of Larnaca town bustles with cafes, tavernas, shops and bars. Historic charm is lent to the scene by its fortress castle, now used as the town's summer cultural centre. Larnaca is an excellent base from which to get to know the central and eastern section of Cyprus, and its proximity to the International Airport and a number of luxury hotels that have been developed along its beautiful sandy beaches make this a popular holiday choice.
Larnaca was originally known as Kition, or Khittim, and legend has it that the first settlement at the spot was founded by Noah's grandson, Khittim. But the name Larnaca probably comes from the Greek word 'Larnax', which means sarcophagus, many of which have been unearthed in this area.
The Larnaca marina with 450 yacht capacity attracts many boats as a safe wintering place.
The heart of the tourist area is Dhekelia Road. There are numerous restaurants, pubs and shops along this stretch of road, which is the main road into Larnaca town centre. A number of blue flag beaches line Dhekelia Road, together with all the main Larnaca hotels.

"The Perfect Spot!!"
Perfect Walking distance too just about everything you could want in Larnaca. Pleasant daily walk too the beach and lots of shopping nearby for supplies, gifts and local dining! I felt more at home every day and never wanted to go back too my actual home. I would stay there again the next time I'm in Cyprus.
