Description

1st beachfront. 2 rooms. One with double bed and the other with 2 beds of 0.90. Terrace 6 meters from where the crashing waves and the fishing port currency. It has all the necessary requirements to spend 15 unforgettable days. I rent for complete natural fortnights. No garage, but nearby is parked without difficulty. The kitchen includes a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker, pressure cooker, pots pans and all necessary crockery and cutlery. The living room LED TV, DVD and stereo. It has all the games of sheets and towels and beach chairs. On the terrace is a table with chairs where you can eat widely all with views of the fishing harbor and promenade. A urbanization is accessed from the main street and from the private landscaped enclosure directly overlooking the pedestrian promenade. It is a 4th floor, has a lift and spectacular views.

“APARTAMENTO 1° LINEA”

Merece la pena alquilar este apartamento. Nosotros hemos estado un mes y no hemos tenido ningin problema y todo estaba en perfectas condiciones.

Owner's reply: Dado que el apartamento de por si merece la pena, como propietario hacemos todo lo posible para que todo se encuentre en perfectas condiciones. El inquilino solo debe venir a olvidarse de problemas.

el apartamento esta muy bien situado, en primera linea de playa y al pie del paseo maritimo. Ademas tiene ascensor y admiten mascotas.

Owner's reply: Las vistas que tiene el apartamento son espectaculares. Al estar en primera linea de playa se ve todo el paseo marítimo y el puerto pesquero.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
