Apartment will sleep 6 persons has an open plan lounge /diner .has been newly furnished with quality furniture,entire apartment is fully tiled in marble, .a well appointed spacious kitchen with L -shaped worktop/cabinets .french windows leading to a large patio with turkish stone BBQ stunning views over the coastline and mountain range and mainland turkey. sunsets to remember. beautiful pool area with separate children's pool just 50m walk away. various walks from apartments in most directions especially along the coastline. Many fields close by growing olive and lemon trees.beaches close by are Camelot, Sun-set and Escape .very upmarket with all facilities .speed boat hire ,diving, water skiing,quad biking banana ski,swimming pools,bars restaurants etc. hire of cushions and lounges including car parking about £4 per day!! A £100 SECURING DEPOSIT must be received by the owner before a booking can be saved. balance amount must be received no later than 1 month before arrival. ...this deposit will later be used as a security bond . Because the cost of electricity has gone through the roof in trnc [higher than uk now ] it has been unfortunately necessary to charge the visitors for what is used . To clarify this, winter ,spring and autumn lets will run about £10 per week ... summer time lets when AIR-CONDITIONING is used .. could be around £25.00 a week or over ?.?DEPENDING ON HOW LOW YOU SET THE TEMPS on the remotes.[and how many bedrooms you use ]. it is strongly recommended to take a reading from the meter upon arrival and again upon departure [the meters are mounted in the entrance lobby within a wooden cabinet]...a comfortable setting is about 22/24 degrees .**the lower the setting the more it will cost **.... ELECTRIC will only be charged at the local electricity boards rate.** .and this will be deducted from your security deposit/bond .for those of you that have smart phones and tablets WI FI is now available , and is supplied free of charge .full insect screening on all windows has now been installed if your apartment needs a deep/heavy clean after your departure you will be charged and extra £;30- .*payment can be made via paypal if required *. contact james

This is a relatively new apartment that has just been fully furnished to a very good specification. there are traventine marbe tiles throughout ,very well appointed kitchen and fully tiled bathrooms one en-suite. all rooms are fully air-conditioned if required. a very large outside patio and BBQ area which looks directly onto the kidney shaped pool.dramatic views of the Besparmark mountain range.there is also a very private patio off of the 2nd bedroom . Lovely views of the coast.,and mountainsThe seaside resort of Lapta just 1 kilometre away boast some really nice bars and restaurants ..most actually sit on the edge of the ocean itself . alternatively there are some really interesting old turkish villages just 5mins drive away ..they are Old Lapta and Alsanjak. there is a water park recently opened in lapta viliage,[5mins drive away] [and there are mini waterparks available in both Riverside holiday village and Accapulco Beach hotel.Recently opened is the only bowling club [bowls ] in the whole of cyprus. 5 mins WALK away... including a nice bar and restaraunt .popular for early birds with breakfasts available . Most importantly is a recently completed coastal path .. stroll west ......and end up and a quirky little bay with beach bar [Sardunya], finish off the evening with a nice brandy sour cocktail ... 8lira ... [£2.50 !!] If you walk east a 9hole golf course [ is planned] with 3 grand hotels .

Lapta pines apartments are known as the flagship development of northern .cyprus. built on the Oceanside of lapta ,grounds are extremely spacious by comparison to some complexes, and all apts either have roof terraces or large patios and private gardens, all with stunning coastal and *mountain range views*..
apartment outside patio faces west,! and each night most people will take of a beer or glass of wine whilst watching the sunset [location location location]..and don't be too surprised if a herd of goats passes by . from here you can take a beautiful leisurely drive along the beach and end up in the fabulous 16th century harbour of kyrenia .with its low set romantic lighting, antique fishing boats, and scores of international restaurants., also mosques and turkish baths are to be found. also continuing on you will find BELAPAIS ABBEY, then the karpaz then mile after mile of unspoiled unused golden beaches,turtle hatcheries,wild donkeys,and Hares, but above all an aquamarine ocean. seek out a basic hotel or pension some on the beach ,[oasis], where the owner will cook for you under the stars. it is very very basic but you can have your own karpaz alsation dog that will guard the door all night [no extra charge]

THE COASTAL WALKWAY [stage 1] IS NOW COMPLETE.AND ONLY 300 Metres away..Very unspoiled area, with dramatic views both from the mountains and towards the mountains.For 10months of the year it is pretty much rain free. .Some superb coastal drives and you will never be far from a friendly bar or restaurant.if you should take the rmountain ridge drive you will find Hilarian castle with breathtaking views i believe it dates back to the 12th century!! The actual harbour of kyrenia with its fortress dates back to the 14th century.Its very uniqueand thorougly unspoilt,a myriad of international restaurants,mosques,turkish baths cobbled streets,they say the jewel of the med or THE MEDS BEST KEPT SECRET ! Some splendid locals haunts can be found where amazing deals can be experienced like in old Alsanjack village ,24 courses 30-40 lira [£8-£9.!!]...fantastic local wines in supermarkets under £5.00.. local brandy and gin for £2.80.!! At the moment turkish cyprus also called trnc. is without doubt the meditteraneans best kept secret ...its free from the euro and also Much cheaper than TURKEY !!. ..what more does one need ?
Just 20mins drive away from kyrenia 14th century harbour is Lapta oceanside,it is actually a tourist destination, it boasts several 5 star hotels, several casinos..all with restaurants,bars, and typical turkish folk nights.[a really good deal at about £15 per person including drinks!!]
Myself i favour several little oceans edge cafe's one being sardunya beach restaraunt [the Start of the coastal Walkway]......and the cabin and the calamari right on the waters edge tourist strip in lapta ...wow! many adjacent places with pools that sit right over the ocean some with jettys that go out to the sea with bars attached better bring your bathing suits ? Also a pretty good italian just opened up called 'veni vici'close by. Come back sit around the pool and watch the sunset !! Silver Rocks [formerly Shirley Valentines ] nice for early evening drinks sunsets and a pool with views over the ocean. also right on the waves . . Next day go into Old Lapta village and get a really good hair cut and shave for 15 lira [men only ] !!....Dont laugh but you really should try a Real Turkish Kebab in alsanjack 'Fast Food' ..the lamb is superb..! and i dont even like kebabs!,,.two mini water parks have recently opened are 'lapethos' in lapta villiage ,only 6/7 ,mins drive.[from your apartment].. the other is in the acapulco hotel which is situated close to a beach with aquasporting hire available...[jet skis etc] happy days eh ?? and not a euro in site ...!!

“Great apartment with nice facilities in good location!”
Rented this apartment for just under 3 weeks from the owner, towards the end of September 2012. My first trip to the North of Cyprus, but certainly not my last. Arriving very late in the evening, the owner very kindly offered a pick-up from the airport, for a small charge (less than local taxis), and was very helpful and polite. The apartment was great, just as advertised: clean, tidy, modern and comfortable with plenty of space. Air-con in all the main areas, nicely equipped kitchen, and good bathrooms. The pool in the centre of the garden area of the apartments was lovely. Always clean, and very refreshing for a swim, anytime during the day. The apartment is very close to the coastline, and there is a great new walkway (almost complete) that allows you to walk along the cliff-side and up to a couple of nice small beaches nearby. The location of the apartment was what we wanted, being just out of the town, but not so far as to be a pain. A car is recommended for travelling about the island, but the local small buses are useful should you not want to drive. There are also a few good beach clubs nearby, which are great to visit for the day, and restaurants/bars all the way into town. Also, one of the things my partner and I enjoyed the most was using the Barbecue at the apartment, which we did several times during our stay. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay at a very nice apartment, with a helpful and contactable owner, and I would recommend this apartment and it's neighbour for a pleasant stay in North Cyprus.

“A Great Place to Stay”
My partner and I brought my granddaughter and my godson with us on this trip and I did wonder whether there would be enough going on to keep them occupied, it was a needless worry as they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. They were able to go off on their own to explore as the beach was only a stones throw away and the apartment was conveniently situated for us as well, as the local restaurants and shops were within walking distance. We hired a car for a few days to go further afield but in the main we took the local dolmus ( minibus) into Kyrenia as it was so cheap. If we chose to stay on site then we had the use of the huge swimming pool, which was floodlit at night, virtually on our doorstep and could relax in the attractive gardens. It was also nice to be able to cook a meal on the barbecue and eat outside. The views of the mountains from the apartment are amazing and it became my morning ritual to sit outside on the balcony with a cup of coffee and admire them.The apartment itself was extremely clean and very comfortably furnished, everything you could possibly need was supplied including satellite television. In fact, the whole site was very well maintained. I was also very impressed with the total cost our stay there, as having checked pricing I found Mr Lovell's the most competitive compared to other apartments in the area. I would most definitely stay there again in the future!

Arrived in Cyprus for the first time...apartment everthing as described clean, well maintained and very well equipped, added bonus of a private walled garden with bbq and sun loungers etc.Very conveniently situated, walking distance to the beach and served by an excellent bus service into kyrenia and surrounding areas. Large and very well maintained pool, together with both stunning mountain and sea views. Best of both worlds here...very peaceful if thats what you require..but nightlife only a short distance away. Thanks James for a fab time here..back next year...

Stayed here for 3 weeks in August. Complex was lovely, accmodation was very basic and dirty. Poor service form owner and management company from start to finish. Avoid at all costs, look elsewhere for other people who rent their properties out in the complex, to avoid being ripped off.
im suprised and shocked of the review from this guest. and would invite anyone to contact me to get the other side of the story ,after her substantialy chisling me down on my rental rate,knowing i was already the cheapest in the complex ,she still chose to sneak a 3rd adult in for, im told 10 days !!,, she allowed her children to track sand into all rooms and left approx 6 bin bags full of rubbish out on the patio for the cats to have fun with.my manager was furious. she screamed blue murder when she had to pay a whopping £8.00 for an extra tanker of water as the supply from the city resevoir could not keep up with their ''water use abuse''something which is frowned upon on the island, my manager found an air-con unit still running in a bedroom set at 16degrees! several hours after they had moved out ..needless to say the next bill was the highest electric bill i have ever had. i urge any owner DO NOT RENT TO THIS PERSON call me for details .like the saying goes you can never please all of the people all of the time..
