"perfect accessible location in a clean quiet place with friendly staff"
good experience on arrival, the staff was available to show us to the cottage, very helpful with information about the local area and places to cycle. The cottage was bright, clean and welcoming with all the facilities we needed for self-catering. We had good quiet sleep after walking back from an excellent meal at the langley tap pub only 2 minutes walk. We loved the garden items for sale in the property really interesting place, bought a garden statue to remind me of our lovely stay.

"A lovely cottage, just right for what we wanted."
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kine cottage. Our 4 year old loved seeing the ponies and alpaca's everyday. The cottage is small, but had exactly the right amount of space for our needs. We used the cottage as a base to do day trips into the West Country and it was perfectly located for this. We were left to our own devices, but told where to go of we had any questions or queries. We were even lent an umbrella for our few days stay as the heavens opened upon our arrival. The local pub was very welcoming and provides excellent food.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We enjoyed having you here at Langley Green and hope you would consider visiting again. Regards Langley Green Proprietor & Team

"A nice and clean cottage"
We enjoyed our stay in a nice and clean cottage! The place where we stayed on Langley Green was really special, including gardens, lots of animals (including alpaca's with even their own webpage ;-)) and things for sale. The owners were kind and helpful. Very good food in the Langley Tap nearby. The only thing we'd like to recommend is extending the kitchen utensils with a coffee machine or cafetiere.
It was a pleasure to have your visit, we thank you for the reminder on the missing kitchen item; a Cafeteria, and indeed it has been introduced. We hope to make our guests stay more enjoyable every time, Thank You for your constructive comments Regards Langley Green Proprietor & Team

"Lovely cottage in a unique setting. And alpacas! Who could ask for more?"
We had a wonderful week's holiday based in this 2 bed cottage exploring the South Cotswolds and western Ridgeway. Highlights for us were visits to the arboretum at Westonbirt, Avebury stone circle, Bradford upon Avon and the Uffington white horse, all within easy reach. The accommodation was well equipped and set in picturesque and unusual grounds. There was a lovely old garden to explore and fields with beautiful ponies and alpacas to admire. All in all a delightful place to stay and thoroughly recommended. Thanks to all at Langley Green for your excellent service.
We look forward to your visit again and maybe next time you can enjoy a stay in The Dairy cottage, you were great guests thank you for your feedback Regards Langley Green Proprietor & Team

"Perfect for what I needed"
I stayed at Kine Cottage for the 4 weeks of May. My visit had one primary objective which was to be able to easily see my grandsons as I now live in the US so trips back to the UK are cherished. Kine Cottage achieved that with applause as it was located very near to where they live. The trip unfortunately was not all pleasure as I also need to work. Fortunately I basically only need an internet connection and a mobile phone. The internet connection was very good in the cottage and was actually upgraded whilst there. The mobile connection leaves a lot to be desired unless you are ok taking a call looking out of the lounge window! The addition of a Vonage modem and phone would be a real bonus for your guests. The cottage was ideal for my needs. I would be very hapy to stay there with the wife as well but probably not for such a long time, perhaps as a long weekend base to visit the Cotswolds. Unfortunately I would not think the cottage would be suitable for kids much under 8 years old or anyone who may not be too stable on their feet. Overall, Kine Cottage did for me everything it said on the tin!
Thank you for taking time, it is wonderful to have our guests reviewing the cottage following their experience with true comments which contribute greatly in assisting future customers select their stay suitably. Regards H Fairfax (proprietor)

"Lovely cottage in a lovely village"
My husband and I stayed at Kine Cottage between 8 - 12 April while looking for a house to buy in Chippenham (sadly we can't afford one in Langley Burrell, which is a beautiful little village). The cottage is one of two just behind the main house. The area around the house has lots of unusual wood carvings and garden ornaments for sale, which makes it a slightly eccentric environment, but all the more interesting for it! Add in the alpacas and friendly ponies and it's a really nice interesting place. The cottage was very clean and neat, and nicely decorated with some lovely furniture and pictures. It's a quirky little cottage with a kitchen, bathroom and lounge downstairs and two bedrooms with sloping roofs upstairs. The kitchen has everything you need for a stay, and towels and bed linen were provided too. The bed was nice and comfortable. The cottage was a little cold when we arrived, but warmed up nicely with the storage heaters and retained heat very well (sad that this was necessary in April!!) Although the farm is very close to the railway (and you can hear the trains) the noise was not disturbing and never drowned out the birdsong. The wifi was excellent, although the mobile phone signal was dodgy at times. The stairs are steep and might be a bit awkward for someone with mobility problems. The welcome was friendly, and the owners are not at all intrusive. We passed a very happy week in the cottage and would definitely recommend it. The only minor comment was that the communication with the owner could have been a bit better - I had to call up to get directions and confirm arrival times, whereas when I've hired places before this has all been part of the confirmation email. This is a very minor point though.
We are very happy to know our customers are taking time to provide us feedback and help us improve with our on-going expanding service. Big Thank you from Langley Green Team
