5* Waters Edge in the hamlet of Landshipping within The Pembrokeshire National Park is located about 2 minutes walk from the foreshore of the Cleddau Estuary known as the 'Secret Waterway.' Quiet and peaceful yet only 12 minutes drive to the boutique shopping town of Narberth or visit the Georgian harbour town of Tenby (25 minutes) with its wonderful beaches. The Pembrokeshire coast abounds in fabulous beaches and for walkers the coastal path is a must.

The cottage layout provides:-
* A twin bedded room with TV on the ground floor with folding doors overlooking the estuary .
* The bright new family bathroom is close by. Laundry facility with an AEG washer/dryer in a cupboard!.
* Next overlooking the estuary is the living room with vaulted ceiling, wood burning stove, folding doors to the garden. Attractively furnished with ornaments, original oil paintings and prints, shelves of books, a fine Hi-Fi with attachment for own sound is provided.

* Snug - off the living room, very cosy with settee, chairs and TV DVD
* Upstairs two comfortable double bedrooms with new shower room (shower, washbasin and loo) in between - All with Views to estuary!

Folding doors open onto a covered sitting area with wooden garden furniture. The garden has a pretty summerhouse with additional furniture ideal for lazing whilst watching the Estuary sunsets from the west facing garden. A small gate accesses the mown footpath down to the foreshore.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nigel & Judy (the owner) a message.

If Nigel & Judy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
