2 Port View Terrace is a two bedroom former farm worker's cottage that features beamed ceilings and an enclosed garden with patio area and views of open fields to the front of the property. This delightful stone-built mid-terrace holiday home is situated on the edge of the charming village of Landrake, ten miles from the many leisure facilities of Plymouth. Nearby you will find the romantic fishing port of Looe and the gorgeous beaches of Downderry and Seaton, and just a short drive away are the lovely villages of Cawsand and Kingsand and the superb golfing facilities of St Mellion Golf Club.

The picturesque village of Landrake is surrounded by open fields and is the perfect base from which to discover this unspoiled region. Wander along the stunning coastal path of Rame Head, which meanders to the sandy beaches of nearby Downderry and Seaton, then on to the fishing port of Looe. The buzzing, maritime city of Plymouth, the splendid golf at St Mellion and the lovely villages of Kingsand and Cawsand are all close to Landrake, offering a varied and enjoyable holiday at any time of year.
