The cottage has a raised terrace facing the valley, secluded patio gardens on each side, and a private meadow to wander, play in or just sit and enjoy the amazing panoramic views.

Lampeter has three supermarkets and a wide range of small shops, takeaways, cafes and pubs. There is a sports centre, swimming pool, park and small golf course nearby.

A riverside walk follows the beautiful River Teifi towards north towards Tregaron and south towards Llanybydder.. Historic houses, castles, gardens and railways are among many nearby attractions...but for real peace and quiet, take a walk on the wild side into the valley and hills from the front door!
