This area leads you up two shallow steps into the lounge with ample comfortable seating..Off the landing upstairs you have a twin bedded room. double room and bathroom.Outside we provide table and chairs, loungers and BBQDuring the high season (July – August) we keep our bookings from Saturday to Saturday, however we can offer short breaks (minimum three nights) and different start days other times of the year.Access: from the B4343 Llety'r Wennol is reached by an approximately 200m gently sloping, slightly uneven driveway. Driving past the owner's house and garden some 20m you reach a shingle parking a turning area in front of the barn. A graduated step leads to a level paved area to the front door. The barn is built on a slightly sloping site and has a stepped walk-way around the side leading to the patio and terraced garden at the rear. Hand rails surround the edge of the patio leading down two steps to a small lawned area.Inside: the ground floor is open plan with access to the lounge by two broad and shallow wooden steps.Key facts • All linen, towels and bath mats provided• Cot, high chair and child's table chair available on request• Full central heating• Heating oil and electricity included Wi-Fi• First basket of logs for the stove provided• Welcome pack supplied• One well-behaved pet is welcome at an additional £20 per week - bring pets own bedding.• No smoking please inside the barn• Flexible start days often available• £125 refundable damages deposit

Lampeter

West Wales is naturally beautiful and unspoilt with the Cambrian Mountains rising towards the east and the beaches beckoning to the west. The main industry is farming and agriculture hence the beauty of the landscape and many individuals have been inspired to create a wealth unusual and interesting crafts - some being sold locally. There is plenty to do in the area whether it be rain or shine for all the family.
