From the owner

Nestled in a quiet location against a woodland setting at the foot of the Cambrian mountains, Llety'r Wennol has a small private south facing terraced garden with patio overlooking the lovely Teifi Valley. The stunning Cardigan Bay coastline is within easy reach whilst Lampeter being 6 miles away offers two supermarkets, shops and places to eat.

The barn is ideal for varied interests – from relaxing in the barn/garden to exploring the beautiful coastline of Cardigan Bay. The area is good for days on the beach, walking, fishing, cycling, golfing. wildlife enthusiasts and numerous historic sites, mines and railways.

Carefully designed for all seasons. the barn comes fully equipped with the added comfort of underfloor central heating and a large wood burner. It has a spacious open plan design for easy living and comprises the following:

Entrance hall from which you have access to utility room and shower room.

Through the entrance hall you pass into the open plan area offering a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and breakfast/dining area. This area leads you up two shallow steps into the lounge with ample comfortable seating..

Off the landing upstairs you have a twin bedded room. double room and bathroom.

Outside we provide table and chairs, loungers and BBQ

During the high season (July – August) we keep our bookings from Saturday to Saturday, however we can offer short breaks (minimum three nights) and different start days other times of the year.

Access: from the B4343 Llety'r Wennol is reached by an approximately 200m gently sloping, slightly uneven driveway. Driving past the owner's house and garden some 20m you reach a shingle parking a turning area in front of the barn. A graduated step leads to a level paved area to the front door. The barn is built on a slightly sloping site and has a stepped walk-way around the side leading to the patio and terraced garden at the rear. Hand rails surround the edge of the patio leading down two steps to a small lawned area.
Inside: the ground floor is open plan with access to the lounge by two broad and shallow wooden steps.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dave (the owner) a message.

If Dave (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
