Description

Our two bedroom gite has been newly built to excellent high standards of new equipment with a Boutique Style finish. The property was recently completed in 2018 and needs to be experienced to fully appreciate the pleasure that awaits you. The gite comes with the use of our large swimming pool and glorious gardens. The property is an Adult only property, however we welcome children over the age of 14 years.

Getting around

We recommend renting a car for your stay with us if you really want to get out and explore the area. However should you just wish to stay local the nearest villages of Lalinde and Couze et Saint Front are just a minutes drive. Walking to the nearest villages takes about 30 to 40 minutes but there are taxis in the areas should you wish to catch one back.

Interaction with guest

We keep our interaction to the minimum with guests, allowing them to enjoy the maximum amount of privacy possible, the only interaction is check in and check out and quick "hello" should we cross paths in the gardens or by the pool. Should you wish for any additional information or need to speak to the owners they are never too far away in the main property and you can always knock on the door!

“A little piece of heaven”

This is a stunning holiday let. From the moment we arrived we knew it was something very special. The grounds and landscaping are outstanding, especially the large patio area overlooking the pond and the lovely pool area. The gite itself is extremely well equipped with everything that you could ever need and is so tastefully decorated with beautiful little touches. Its location is also excellent with the small town of lalinde only a few mins drive away to access a decent supermarket and various restaurants etc. We enjoyed visits to Sarlat, Montpazier and Domme and a highlight was canoeing from La Roque Gageac down the Dordogne river. Our hosts were a lovely couple who went out of their way to please us. This is not your normal holiday let this is superb!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
