Description

La Casa Aglo is a beautifully appointed villa, separated into two fabulous self contained apartments. This 2 bedroom ground floor apartment has all the benefits of a villa but without the price tag!

Outside, it enjoys sole use of the large 8 x 4 private swimming pool, the extensive lounge terrace and dining, and garden for lounging around in the sun by the pool. It also comes complete with a BBQ to enjoy the fabulous warm evenings, the mountain views and stunning sunsets.

Inside, Casa Aglo is tastefully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area for 4 people, 42” flat screen TV with UK channels and free WIFI throughout. There is a large bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 bedrooms; one double and one twin.

From the apartment you can walk to various restaurants and bars, and couple of supermarkets. The villa is ideally located in the quiet residential area of Puente don Manuel, a suburb of the picturesque village La Viñuela. It will suit those who prefer not to have regular “resort” type holidays, but still want to be within walking distance to local amenities.

For nature lovers, there are stunning mountain trails that can be accessed directly behind the villa, and beautiful Lake Viñuela with its trails and non-motorised watersport centre is also only 1km. The Tejeda and Almijara Natural Parks and Torre del Mar Beaches are also within easy driving distance, and Malaga airport is also only 45 minutes.

Please note that we don't accept pets and smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. The owners share driveway and garden access to upper level.

Getting around

There are regular and inexpensive buses that run along the coast, with a main bus station conveniently located at Torre del Mar. There are buses running down from Vinuela to Torre but these are slightly less regular. A hire car is recommended in order to fully appreciate the area and all it has to offer, although if a relaxing holiday just lounging by the pool is your plan then all local amenities can be walked to.

How do damage deposits work?
