Description

Catherine Hill Bay is approximately 1.5hours north of Sydney CBD by car. It is 55 minutes from the start of the M1 freeway at Hornsby.

This architect designed home is 9 years old, and reflects the architectural and cultural values of this unique and largely intact coal mining village. It dates back to the early 20th century. The property is approximately 150m for the pristine Catherine Hill Bay white sand surf beach, which is patrolled by life guards during the swimming season.

The accommodation comprises two large bedrooms each of which has a queen sized bed, in addition, one room has a set of single bunk beds. Both bedrooms connects directly to a common bathroom. There is a separate toilet / powder room off the entrance hall. The large living room flows to a large timber deck with and electric BBQ. There is a sofa-bed, which converts to a comfy queen size futon bed.

The kitchen has a large fridge / freezer and and has all the cooking equipment / utensils

The property in on tank / rain water, which is filtered for drinking. Accordingly, the water supply is limited, so water conservation is a must...no 10 minute showers! A water conservation guide will be at the property and guests are expected to adhere to its requirements during their stay.
