The entry level is spacious and bright with spectacular lake and tree top views. It hosts a well-appointed gourmet kitchen featuring European style cabinetry, marble counters and stainless appliances. The beautifully furnished great room, dining and game area are on this level as well as a stunning fireplace, bathroom, laundry, and deck.
Upper Level (above entry)
The upper level houses the master suite. Richly appointed, it features exquisite furnishings, a pillow top king, designer bedding, fireplace and bathroom in addition to a stunning tree top and lake view.
Lower Level (below entry)
The lower level is home to 3 bedrooms and the third bathroom. The rooms feature pillow top queen beds, designer bedding and furnishing. Each has ample drawered and closet storage. Two of the rooms feature lake views as well.
The property hosts 3 bathrooms. The entry level, a half bath. The upper, a luxurious walk-in shower with bench. The lower, a bath/ shower combo. Features include ceramic flooring, hardwood cabinetry and framed mirrors. Well stocked with plush towels, spa quality toiletries and (2) hair dryers.
Lakeview Cabin is home entertainment rich. Featuring Wi-Fi, cable, (2) Hi-Def TV's, (2) Apple TV’s, (1) DVR, (1) iPad, (1) Amazon Echo and (1) Bose Bluetooth speaker. Subscription services include Amazon Music, Amazon Video and Netflix. For guests desiring classic family entertainment, there are ample board games and books.
Outdoor Living Space
Placing an equal emphasis on outdoor living, Lakeview Cabin features a spacious, fully appointed deck with lake view. The deck features ample seating, dining table, over-sized stainless BBQ, fire pit and festive lighting. Bird feeder and peanuts are provided for Blue Jays and squirrels whom visit frequently.
The property has everything expected from a luxury vacation home. The kitchen is complete with high quality cookware, utensils and gadgets. As well as a large selection of K-cups for the Keurig coffee maker. There is a tasteful selection of mountain themed table settings. The bathrooms are well stocked with plush towels and spa quality toiletries. The laundry stocks quality supplies, iron and board. Decorative candles are throughout.
Lake Membership Privileges
Lake Arrowhead is a private lake governed by the Arrowhead Lake Association. The ALA controls lake and related amenity access similar to a gated community and/or private golf course. This includes lake, related trail systems, Burnt Mill Beach Club, Tavern Bay Beach Club, Grass Valley Park and Peninsula Park. We allow property guests to use our memberships to access at no cost.
Private Dock (Shared)
Also included at no cost is a private dock shared with guests from 2 of our other properties. Occupancy/ demand is dependent upon season, day of week, hour of day, holiday and or event. Located in downtown Arrowhead, dock parking is a 2-minute drive from the home. The dock is equipped with 4 kayaks- (2) single/ (2) double, (3) stand up paddle boards, (10) life vests of various size, picnic table and chairs. Food, beverages and restrooms are available at the village. WATERCRAFT ARE USED AT OWN RISK.
Watercraft License Required
A valid ALA Boat Operator License is required to operate ANY vessel on Lake Arrowhead including small boats such as canoes, kayaks and SUP’s. To receive your Boat Operator License you must take the ALA Lake Safety Test. The test is "open book" and tests your knowledge of the Boating and Swimming Rules. The license costs $15 and is good for 1 year from the date of issuance.
Lake Arrowhead Village
Lake Arrowhead Village is a quick 2-minute drive and home to a number of outlets, local retail, restaurants and quaint amusement park. Desiring even more quality mountain experiences? Picturesque Blue Jay is only 10-minutes away.
