Jeepney or tricycles are the most common means of getting around in the area or outside the area. A private car is most preferred but not necessary.

Interaction with guest

Caretaker available at all times. You will be assisted to your parking area and to the beach house by your caretaker, Our caretaker will show you all of the incidentals to both beach houses. We will turn the keys over to you and for any reason there should be a need for something, please just text or call the caretaker. For multiple night stays a maid will come in to clean the dining area of the beach house and to remove all of your unnecessary trash for you.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
