The bathroom boasts a double shower cubicle, hand basin with cupboard, heated towel rail and WC.

The large master bedroom (35m²) has great views over the valley and gardens and has a large kingsized bed, a single bed and cot for younger children. The second bedroom has two single beds.

The house also has a high chair, booster seat, cot, baby bath, plastic cutlery & crockery for younger children.

It is suitable for guests with limited mobility, as there is a twin bedroom on the same level as the shower room and WC.

The area is a great place for family holidays - with many tourist attractions within easy reach - including - The Puy du Fou Theme Park, Château des Aventuriers, Indian Adventure Park and the many long sandy beaches.

- L'Ecurie is set on one level, with only 3 steps down to the large Master Bedroom.

The living room has a wood burner and exposed beams, along with a separate dining area. There is secure wireless internet access throughout.

The Master Bedroom, with king sized bed has panoramic views across Le Marais and the large, second bedroom has two single beds. A cot and further single bed are available if required in the master bedroom. We can also provide a baby bath, changing mat, highchair, booster seat and plastic crockery and cutlery for young children.

The bathroom has a large double shower cubicle, with hand basin and WC.

The games room is packed full of fun things to do - with table tennis, table football, lots of board games and puzzles, dressing up clothes and artists materials. There is also an Xbox 360 with many games and a large DVD library.

There is a private dining area with pergola, dining table, chairs, BBQ and stunning views over the valley.

The pool area is shared with our other house - Le Vieux Café. There are several loungers and parasols available, along with inflatables and waterwings.

There is a gravel courtyard with parking for several cars, a Boules Court and lawned area.

The swimming pool is reached by a gentle slope.

There are swings in the large lower garden, plus a large wooden sofa for relaxing in the sun.

A Fully equipped gym, complete with rowing machine, bike, cross-trainer, treadmill and weights machine is also available.
