Very Good

“Very nice, very clean apartment in downtown Lahinch.”

Reviewed 17 Aug 2017

This two bedroom apartment is very close to the Cliffs of Moher and other area attractions. Lahinch has a nice beach, several good restaurants and plenty of places to walk. There are art galleries in Lahinch and neighboring towns.

Owner's reply: Thanks so much for your review-glad you found Lahinch worth the visit. I wish you joy of your continuing visit to Ireland. Miriam

“Very nice apartment, very well located in Lahinch”

Reviewed 13 Aug 2017

This two bedroom, two bath apartment comes equipped with all the amenities that one wiould want. It is clean and well maintained. And very suitable for a family of 4. It is located within an easy drive to the spectacular Cliffs of Moher, and other attractions. Lahinch is a small town with many good restaurants and close to other towns that also have good places to eat. Many of the roads in this part of Ireland are very narrow, so care should be taken when driving.

Owner's reply: Thanks so much for your review-we always like to hear about our guest experiences. So glad you had a good start to your Irish visit. Best wishes for the remainder of your trip Miriam

Could not recommend highly enough. We went with two teenagers and it was far better than booking a hotel. Ideal location, spotless and had everything you could need. Miriam was extremely helpful. Will be back.

“Lovely apartment in great location”

Reviewed 21 Jun 2017

My friend and I really enjoyed staying in this lovely apartment. Very specious with everything you need. It's in a fantastic location to get to all the main attractions. In Lahinch itself the surfing is great fun and suitable for complete beginners. There's loads of restaurants and pubs to chose from. We picked the cornerstone and the food was amazing and good value. Lots of live music going on as well. Cliffs of Moher are worth a visit. Although very crowded near the visitor centre a lovely cliff top walk along to hags head means you almost get the cliffs to yourself. The Arun islands are lovely with options to walk, cycle or sit back in pony and trap. We even got to meet Dusty the dolphin in Dingle. We stayed on the ferry coming back to see the cliffs from sea level. This was superb and allowed us to see the puffins flying about. The burren offers loads of walking routes. We did the carron loop which was well marked and beautiful scenery. Many thanks for a wonderful stay and really appreciated the welcome basket on arrival.

Owner's reply: Thrilled to hear from you Claire about how much sightseeing you managed to fit in on your first visit to the west of Ireland. So glad you enjoyed the apartment and the facilities in Lahinch .Lovely to have you and thank you for taking the time to write about your stay.Best wishes for the rest of your trip. Regards Miriam

“Great Location,Comfortable Apartment”

Reviewed 9 Aug 2016

Very homely, there was everything you need (and a lot more) to have an enjoyable stay. The welcome pack was a nice surprise, although with a store directly opposite so you would never go hungry! The apartment had 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) which is always handy and the beach was 2 minutes walk away. The HIgh Street was just around the corner, there is a fantastic gift shop at one end of the road and O'Loney and Randaddy's did the best meals and they were sea front (The Captain Table ran them close). Happily recommend this apartment as a good place to stay.

Owner's reply: Thank you so much for your kind comments- we are so glad you enjoyed your stay. Regards Miriam

“Clean Accomodations -- Great Location”

Reviewed 26 Jun 2016

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shamrock Court . The location was perfect as we could leave the car and walk to the nearby beach and to restaurants and shops. We found a great loop walk we could do along the beach to the river and up to the road and back to the apartment. The Centra across the street was very convenient for picking up food if we didn't want to go to a restaurant for every meal or just needed a snack. The apartment was very clean and the washer/dryer were a great convenience. We liked that we could have our own bathroom and our two kids could have their own bathroom...and they liked that they didn't have to share a bed as the extra room had two single beds. :) We would definitely stay there again if we went back to Lahinch.

Owner's reply: Hi Michelle, Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay and found the apartment suitable for your needs. We will be delighted to welcome you back. Regards Miriam

“Great central location”

Reviewed 29 Jul 2014

Very close to the centre of Lahinch it means restaurants, beach walks, food shopping all within a few minutes walk. Also Lahinch itself is a good central place to stay for exploring the Burren, Cliffs of Moher and Loopedhead peninsular.

Owner's reply: Dear David and Sally, thank you so much for taking the time to review your stay with us.We appreciate your positive comments and thank you sincerely for your helpful suggestions.Glad to hear you got to visit the beautiful Loop Head area as well as areas north of Lahinch-as you say, this area is very well positioned for such visits.Keep well, Miriam
