GoVisitMaui presents unit Konea 102 at Honua Kai. The unit is a 2230 square foot (plus 1310 sq ft Lanai/Garden), 3 bedroom / 3 bath luxury condo, and it includes everything you could possibly want for time away from home.

This home has been custom furnished by interior designer Natasha Plitt, and is part of the Makai Collection at Honua Kai, a selection of residences showcasing the very best of resort living on Ka’anapali Beach, Maui. It features a prime oceanfront location, has expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces, extra tall 11’ ceilings, contemporary resort furnishings, and endless Maui sunsets. It provides a unique take on island living not easily found elsewhere on West Maui with a Viking gas BBQ outdoor kitchen, oversized lanai. Inside, the home features a open concept living area complete with a Viking gourmet kitchen, a dining area for up to eight (8) guests, two (2) master bedrooms with ensuite, a 3rd bedroom and bathroom, insuite laundry, and Honua Kai's first Savant Home Automation system where you can control everything including the lighting and drapes with a touch of a button.

As for the sleeping arrangements, it has a King Bed in all 3 bedrooms (guest bedroom is splittable into twins), and a Queen sofa sleeper in living.

The unit features quick in and out access to all Honua Kai Resort & Spa offers via the keyed lanai. This unit features a partial ocean view an is less than a minute from resorts many pools. (please see our room layout photo for the location of our condo).

Honua Kai was just built in 2008 and the resort offers many wonderful modern amenities. Kids and adults alike can enjoy the 3 acres of aquatic playground with waterfalls, water slides, caves, and a sandy beach pool. Kids can also enjoy gazing at the beautiful fish swimming in the Koi Pond with a daily morning fish feeding.

The resort is spread out over 38 tropical beach front acres with an imaginative aquatic network of 4 pools and five hot tubs, and is located in a perfect North Kaanapali Beach location. The white sand beach is just steps away, so take a dip, or sit back, and tan while enjoy the view of the giant humpback whales.

And just when you could not ask for more, many extra personal touches from a proud owner are visible in the condo such as Free wireless-AC internet, Home Automation System with spotify music, Vitamix Blender, keyed lanai, and owner supplied goodies for your use: beach chairs, a beach umbrella, an ice chest, boogie boards, beach towels, a pack n play, bed bumpers, booster seat with table, etc.

Known Construction / Maintenance Disclaimer: Luana Development Parters LP is building 72 townhouses in the area. The work is in the empty grass field on the east side of Honua Kai (non-ocean side) beyond the path that circles the bowl between the two towers. These are 2 story homes. A fence was constructed to limit dust and views of the work. This unit, Konea 102, does not face the construction but rather faces the ocean. Construction may be seen when looking out of south facing windows at an extreme angle. It is considered an un-impacted unit.
