Newly renovated one bedroom apartment inside the prestigious 5 star Laguna Resort area in North-West of Phuket.

The apartment (65 square meters) is in the Allamanda Residence block 1, in front of the laguna and the ocean facing the swimming pool, the sea and the most incredible sunset everyday.

This is a perfect accomodation for a couple or small family with a child (we can support baby cot and baby chair) being in a very relaxing and tranquil area, full of comfort and in total security.

The apartment has been renovated in a modern style with all kind of kitchen equipment (fom induction cooking fire to micro wave), built in air condition, ceiling fans, wardrobe, safe, cable tv and wifi connection. The bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom a luxury glassed shower. From both rooms, bedroom and living room, you have a great view trough glass sliding doors and the terrace facing the laguna and the ocean.

From here you can walk to the beach in just 3 minutes or you can decide to take the shuttle ferry in the laguna to reach the Xana Beach Club or Bangtao. Being in Laguna means that all the five star amenities are at walking distance, like restaurants, Canal Village shopping arcade, Banyan Tree Spa, Laguna Golf Club and Angsana Spa.

Laguna Phuket is ideally located on the northwest coast of Phuket just 30 minutes from the airport, Phuket Town, and Patong Beach. With the six lagoons, their connecting canals, and 3 kilometres of beach frontage along the sea, the resorts share an extraordinary amount of waterfront that is about 13 kilometres in all. And the lagoons are more than just a scenic extra. What used to be unsightly, polluted craters now serve as transport routes for inter-hotel ferries and an all-season, all-weather venue for dinner cruises, dinghy sailing, and canoeing — truly the heart of a unique collaboration. You can walk or stroll around with the complimetary Laguna bus.

Getting around

In Laguna area you can jump on the free shuttle bus service reaching all the five stars resorts (for a lift you can ask to the doorman to call it for you). The beach is at a walking distance, less than 800 meters. The golf club is nearer and now, the new Oasis Spa is just under the stairs... In case, we can hire you our bikes, to roam around, or a scooter or even a car for longer trips around the island.

Interaction with guest

In house you will find our Guest Guide with all the info about our apartment and the area (restaurants, shops, beaches and amenities). Our made, Khun Moo, speaks English. She will clean the apartment twice a week. In case of emergency the CJP office (at the basement) can help you. For taxi or other kind of transportation you can ask at the gate boy.

“Great apartment and location”

We spent one week in this spectacular apartment in Laguna and we will be back as soon as possible. We have been several time in this area but we never appreciate it as this time. The apartment is perfectly located in the middle of the Laguna area. You can stay here without renting a car. The beach is at walking distance, the Angsana Spa is over the corner and you can go around free with the shuttle or the ferry. Restaurants and the golf club are at few minutes. The apartment itself is beautiful. The decor is great and the location with a spectacular view over the pool and the laguna is unique. We have been here before on the hotel side of Allamanda and there is no comparison. The furnishing is complety new and functional. Huge tv screen with Dvd and satellite channels, New kitchen fully equipped with induction fire and microwave oven. No need to bring towels or anything else for the house. Compared to the hotel side is more luxurious and with a great view. You just miss the breakfast but is not a big problem if you think that there is no mess and at sunset you can enjoy it on the balcony with a cold beer from the fridge. We spent a really good time here. A perfect location if you are looking for some relax at the beach.

No crowd, relaxing Spas, golf club, five star resort and restaurants, pristine beaches or, if you like better, fashionable beach clubs. You can go everywhere with the free shuttle or ferry. “Romantico con vista”

Io e il mio fidanzato siamo stati per una settimana in questo delizioso appartamento di Laguna. La posizione è fantastica con vista sulla laguna/mare e tramonto a portata di mano. Ogni sera ne abbiamo goduto di fantastici o dal balcone o dal bordo piscina. L'appartamento è arredato con molto gusto e fornito di tutto il necessario, phon e asciugamani compresi. Per chi non conoscesse Laguna, questa è a mio avviso, la più bella zona di Phuket. E' una oasi di verde contornata da un'immensa spiaggia bianca e campi da golf. Qui ci sono le migliori Spa dell'isola e ottimi ristoranti nei resort a 5 stelle. Chi come noi ha bisogno di coccolarsi un po', questo è il posto ideale per una vacanza al mare. E che mare!!!
