This luxury four bedroom villa has been furnished to a high standard and is in easy reach of Lagos Marina, Meia Praia beach and Palmares golf course. Boasting some lovely views from the 1st floor balconies this villa is perfect for a family looking to be close to all amenities yet in a peaceful location. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has free wi-fi.

On the ground level there is an open planned lounge and dining area with IPTV service with all UK channels, BBC & ITV, there's also a DVD player and a PlayStation, the dining area has seating for 8 off from the dining area you enter into the large kitchen that is fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and all modern appliances and utensils.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor of the villa, one with twin beds, and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and an extra bed making this a good family room, the second bedroom has use of the house bathroom with a shower, WC and sink. Upstairs are the two further bedrooms one twin and one double both with en-suite bathrooms with a bath and overhead shower and both bedrooms have balconies with country views and a glimpse of the sea.

The private pool (8x4 meters) is surrounded by sun loungers, the pool can be heated for a small extra charge and there's a large outside dining table and chairs for 8 people and a built in coal BBQ, there is also an outside ping-pong table for entertainment.

The villa is situated on the hill above Lagos Marina and just up from the golden sands of Meia Praia, the Marina which is around a 15 minute walk away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafe, shopping and markets.

The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is also about a 500 - 750 meter walk, with a variety of water sports activities available. Palmares, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Courses are a 5 to 15 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30-minute drive.

Nearest shop: Pingo Doce is the nearest main supermarket it is a 30 minute walk away, there is a smaller shop close to the urbanization about a 10 minute walk that supplies essentials.

Nearest restaurant: The Marina de Lagos has a variety of restaurants, many of which cater for families with children, it is a 20 minute walk away or a few minutes in the car.

Nearest beach: The Meia Praia is walkable in 15 minutes. Lifeguards are present throughout the summer season and there are some lovely restaurants all along the beautiful white sandy beach.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
