Stunning apartment located in the beautiful and historically rich Lagos. Convenient distance from the marina, town centre, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and golf courses. The apartment has a spacious terrace with pool view and is well furnished and equipped with all necessities for exceptional comfort and indoor entertainment. The sunny and warm climate combined with comfortable accommodation and exciting opportunities for exploration highlight a time of complete restorative holiday.

The apartment is well furnished and equipped with all necessities for exceptional comfort and indoor entertainment. It has a spacious lounge with dining area, kitchen, corridor, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies being located in a secure complex with a large swimming pool and dedicated garage space. The kitchen is excellently equipped with all the necessary appliances including oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and espresso coffee machine. The facilities are child friendly with the provision of highchair and a cot. Air-conditioning and thermal-coated aluminium electric blinds provide comfortable indoor temperatures. Speakers with control panel all around the apartment guarantee desirable music background from personal mp3 device (i.e. iPhone) or the built in radio system. The apartment is provided with wireless (Wi-Fi) Internet connection. There is also a landline telephone for local or national calls. The entertainment centre in the lounge is equipped with 42” Smart TV, satellite TV, PlayStation 3 with two controllers, remote control, 51 games and variety of blu-rays and dvds. There is a small library with some relevant books including a bird-watching guide. There are good quality binoculars available for the guests to use for bird-watching. Audio-visual intercom entry system provides controlled access. The large terrace with patio furniture including comfortable size table with 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers with coffee table is specially prepared to enjoy Al fresco dining and relaxation. The swimming pool is securely gated for the use only of the complex residents and the 6 sun loungers are available solely for the guests of the apartment. There is an allocated parking to the apartment in the secure garage of the building. The guests have access to the keys through the entry safe.

Lovely clean place with all amenities provided, great showers and jacuzzi bath, outdoor pool and tv entertainment. A conveniently situated 10-minute walk from Lagos center and next to Aldi supermarket and restaurants nearby. Check-in and out very easy, nice quiet beaches nearby.

" If you are looking for a lovely place to visit, visit the Algrave and stay at this apartment. It is a very clean, modern 2 bedroom apartment with all the amenities. We were not lacking anything. All the small details were looked after. It has a great balcony which looks over a lovely pool. The pool and area is kept very clean. This place is right next door to Aldi's and if you want larger supermarkets, they are very close by. It is within easy walking distance to the downtown, beaches, restaurants and tourists attractions. Yordan responds to all communications within a day. One of our best vacations ever. Thank you Yordan."

"l appartement de Yordan est vraiment exceptionnel.Spacieux,lumineux,propre. Très bonne literie (nous étions avec nos 2 grands ados).La cuisine est très bien équipée .lave vaisselle et lave linge appréciables.Une belle terrasse avec vue sur la piscine.Les supers marchés sont à portée de main.bien placé pour rayonner autour de Lagos.sans oublier un parking couvert pour le véhicule.Nous recommandons cet appartement et reviendrons volontiers."

A real find. Very well equipped and very comfortable. Location is about 20 mins walk away from the centre with an Aldi and Lidl nearby. The apartment must be one of the best in the whole block with a couple of balconies overlooking the pool for which there are dedicated sun beds. Great kitchen with everything you might need. Very clean and very quiet. Highly recommended.

"Great stay, apartment was exactly as listed. Extremely clean, including the building and the pool. Building is new and well cared for. Great location, grocery store is 2 mins walk, 2 others are within 5-10 mins walk. 15-20 minute walk to lots of restaurants and shops in the old town. Very safe and friendly town. Spectacular scenery with cliffs and beaches within a 10-15 min drive. Good idea to have a car. Underground parking was great, very secure. Apartment is spacious for 2 couples with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice patio with table and chairs and lounge chairs. Wifi is reliable. Jean and Una assist Yordan and were very reliable and welcoming. Very good to have a safe in the apartment to secure your passports and valuables. We will be back! Thank you for a great visit

We really enjoyed our stay in Lagos. The apartment is a large two bedroom with two baths and everything you could need. Large fully equipped kitchen - you can cook anything you want. Downtown, marina waterfront and older city with multiple cafes, restaurants, tourist sights are only a 20 minute walk through pedestrian friendly city. Very quiet neighbourhood with two grocery stores in walking distance Satellite TV, WIFI, everything you could ask for. The owner supplied a "user manual" that covered any local information you could possibly ask for. It became our bible. Our trip was unfortunately cut short by the Covid 19 crisis prompting our early return to Canada on March 22nd but we felt very safe in Lagos - not much virus in the Algarve, social distancing already in place, no hoarding of groceries. Had it been necessary this apartment would have been our haven. The owner was a jewel in offering us this option if needed. Thank you Yordan. I would recommend this apartment to anyone but AFTER I reserve it myself!!

Our stay at the flat was amazing. The living room and kitchen have everything you need. The rooms are comfortable, brand new toilets, lovely balcony with a view to the nice pool in the common area. The location is also,very good, almost beside an Aldi Supermarket. Would definitely stay there again.
