Description

This superb two bed apartment is in a great location and offers ideal facilities for the perfect sunshine holiday. It is extremely spacious and comfortably furnished with a modern kitchen and two luxury bathrooms. It has direct access to a fantastic shared pool with allocated sun loungers. A large balcony overlooks the pool with private steps to the pool area.

The apartment has a DVD/CD player. An allocated underground parking space is included. Security is excellent, and the area is peaceful and quiet. There are restaurants and a supermarket a few yards away. It's equally suitable for families or groups of adults.

20% deposit is required on booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to the booked dates. On receiving the deposit we will confirm the booking in writing and send you location maps and arrival details of where to meet the local agent to collect keys etc.

This spacious apartment has one double bedroom and one twin room, each with en-suite bathrooms and built in wardrobes. Both bedrooms have patio doors accessing balcony and pool.

There is a large balcony with outside table and chairs that overlooks the swimming pool area and has direct access via a private staircase.

The kitchen has modern fittings with further patio doors to the balcony, and has a breakfast table and four chairs. It benefits from an electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle,iron/ironing board.

The living area is quite large with a sofa bed, armchair, colour TV /DVD/CD player and a dining table with six chairs. There are patio doors to the balcony which overlooks the pool.

There are electric shutters for the windows and patio doors.

The communal pool is fairly large with the apartment having dedicated sun loungers and has a well maintained garden area. There is a shallow section of the pool for children.

The Algarve region

Lagos is in the Western part of the Algarve. It has a rich history and was once the capital of the Algarve.

The Old Town is full of character, with many superb restaurants in its narrow cobbled streets. Lagos boast a modern marina from which dolphin trips, catamarans, fishing, diving and grotto trips can be hired.

The area boasts superb beaches and scenery.

It is one of the sunniest regions in Europe, and in the summer often has a welcome cooling breeze.

Lagos

The location of the apartment is superb, just a few minutes walk to historic town of Lagos, its modern marina and the beautiful beach of Dona Ana. Other nearby beaches include Meia Preia and Preia de Luz. Several world class golf courses are a short drive away, including Palmares, Quinta do Boavista and the challenging Parque de Floresta course.

There are several restaurants and a small supermarket in the immediate vicinity. Lagos town centre is 10 minutes walk with the marina approx 5 mins further. The town is bristling with superb restaurants and shops with a large pedestrianised area. There are several cash points. Priau de Luz is 10 minutes drive, and Burgua a few mins further.

There's plenty of local entertainment for the kids with ‘Slide and Splash’ activity park approx 30 mins drive, and Lagos Zoo 15 mins.

“Superb location, very clean with great amenities”

5 minute walk from a supermarket and a beautiful beach, 10 minute walk from the beautiful old town, in a block of 12 apartments with its own pool and a plentiful supply of sunbeds, this substantial appartment with balcony is spotless and provides a very relaxing holiday
