epicenter LAGOA é um apartamento com um pequeno mas muito agradável jardim com um Spa insuflável de água quente, vista para o mar, vista para o convento dos Frades Franciscanos, bairro de Santa Cruz e parte da serra de Água de Pau. Está totalmente equipada com o que necessita para o seu conforto. A decoração é sóbria e a iluminação indireta cria uma ambiente romântico e muito acolhedor. Possui dois quartos, um com cama de casal e o outro com duas camas de solteiro, tem um WC e cozinha com todos os electrodomésticos e louças necessárias.

Está situado num condomínio fechado,com lugar para automóvel e portão com comando à distância.O meio envolvente é muito seguro e tranquilo, longe da agitação da cidade, num ambiente bucólico e inspirador.

Não há elevador, o apartamento situa-se na cave do prédio. Acesso por escadas.

A cidade da LAGOA está geograficamente situada no centro da surpreendente ilha de S. Miguel, a mais exuberante das nove ilhas que compõem um dos arquipélagos vulcânicos mais bonitos do mundo: os AÇORES!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Epicenter (the owner) a message.

If Epicenter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
