Description

This house is best described seeing the attached pictures. Please see them, It is really beautiful.

It is located in a neighborhood named El Limon in San Juan Cosala in Jocotepec county. It has an excellent view of the mountains and the Chapala lake. You can park up to 4 cars inside the property which has about 10,500 sq feet.

At the entrance there is a granite stairway that will take you to the only level of the house, which is divided in two areas: the social area and the bedrooms area. All house is surrounded by well maintained gardens and electrified fence.

The social area has a spacious terrace whit a small pool and a gorgeous view of the lake. Also has a living and dining room with a kitchenette which includes refrigerator, gas stove, microwave oven, dish washer, dishes, cutlery and many small appliances, just like home.

Dinning and living rooms are furnished with quality and good taste furniture and we have a cable 50" TV.

Attached to the pool there is a full bathroom serving as dressing room and at the terrace entrance there is another half bathroom.

The bedrooms area includes the master bedroom facing to the lake view, this bedroom has a spacious closet and a very nice full bathroom. There are two more bedrooms sharing a full bathroom, all bedrooms are nicely furnished and include sheets, blankets and towels. There is another room with washer and dryer machines and cleaning utensils.

If you decide to rent the property, I will personally give you the keys and explain what you would need to know of the house and the surroundings. I will also give you my cell number to assist you in case of need.

Miguel takes care of the garden and pool, so he has to enter in the property three or four times a week and Thali does housekeeping once a week on Friday (If required, can be more often with a a 15.00 Dll charge per additional day). They will ring the bell but if nobody answer, they have keys and will enter to do their job diligently.
