Villa SeaNest Samui is a brand new modern luxury villa, right on the beach in the tropical south of Samui island. You’ll love our place for its privacy, direct beach front, full sea view from every bedroom and colourful sunrises. Nestled in a peaceful and exclusive stretch of high-end villas without hotels and mass tourism nearby, you can fully relax in unspoiled nature while still enjoying high-speed internet and state-of-the-art amenities. SeaNest Samui is great for families, friends or business groups.

We have a housekeeper who understands English and a gardener, both with several years experience taking care of international guests to ensure your maximum convenience.

SERENITY

No main road traffic, air traffic or jet skis nearby, making the south of the island the most natural and peaceful part of Ko Samui, unlike the north and east sides’ hectic and noisy mass tourism. Only the birds in the trees and the sea surf entertain you softly.

NATURE

The large 1,200 square meter property is landscaped into a tropical garden with palm trees, frangipani and many exotic plants, nestling the bedrooms, lounge areas, bar and swimming pool into a green area opening towards the turquoise blue sea.

BEDROOMS

The bedrooms sleep up to 8 adults and 4 children (up to age 12 years). Each a spacious 36 square meters with en-suite bathroom, the bedrooms come with oversized beds, silent inverter air-conditioning, ceiling fans, high speed internet through both Ethernet and Wi-Fi, 43 inch internet-connected smart TVs and 6 meter wide sliding doors fully opening towards the roofed outside terrace overlooking the garden and the sea. Two bedrooms have oversized king size beds (mattress 190x210cm) for couples or singles, and two further bedrooms can function as family rooms with two oversized twin beds ( 2x mattress 107x210cm) and bunkbeds (2x mattress 107x200cm) each. Further, all 4 bedrooms feature a large mirror wardrobe, suitcase bench, shelves, a comfy office chair and writing desk, and multi standard power sockets.

INDOOR LIVING PAVILION

Located next to the main garden and pool terrace, the indoor living pavilion houses a spacious sofa corner with large 65 inch smart TV, a modern fully equipped European kitchen with built-in stove, oven, microwave and big double wing refrigerator, a large crafted wooden dining table and ceiling fans. The indoor pavilion provides shelter on windy and rainy days through its 2.6 meter high glass sliding doors, and can otherwise be fully opened to seamlessly merge with the outdoor pool terrace, bar and garden area.

INFINITY POOL AND OUTDOOR LOUNGE AREA

A large terrace, the living pavilion, a roofed rustic outdoor bar and BBQ area are all nestled around the 80 square meter pool, whose white structured tiles emulate the light blue color of the sea. The 14 meter long infinity pool runs transversely to the beach front, maximizing the view to the sea, while a 10 meter wide garden strip between pool and the natural rock beach wall provides a high level of privacy. The pool has a square shallow area for small kids (40 cm high water), with steps leading to the main swimming pool whose depth slopes from 90cm to 140cm. The 4 meter long 90cm deep section is a great depth for young children to play ball, and the 140cm at the far end towards the bar allow you to jump risk-free with fun. The whole 14 meter span is great for swimming lengths in any style.

TECHNOLOGY:

Sea Nest Samui offers the latest in technology with high-speed fiber-optic internet, smart TVs featuring complimentary access to Netflix’s thousands of movies and TV series both for grown-ups and kids, various online news channels, Youtube and web browser to access your favourite internet sites via TV. The state-of-the-art variable speed water pumps and gate motor, as well as the inverter air-conditioning units minimize common noises to a whisper.

HOUSEKEEPING:

The rooms and property get a basic daily cleaning. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 nights.

VALUE-ADDED SERVICES

We can help to organize minivan with driver, car or motorbike rentals for our guests. Also massages and babysitting services are available as well as speed boat rentals for day trips to the neighboring islands Koh Matsum, Koh Taen or Ang Thong National Park.

We have 2 staff, a housekeeper and gardener/pool keeper, working from 8am to 5pm. Paid overtime till 10pm is possible for the housekeeper in case you like to barbecue in the evening or need a babysitter.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jochen (the owner) a message.

If Jochen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
