From the owner

Our traditional Greek house situated in one of the most picturesque villages on the island of Rhodes, has been recently extended to create a three double bedroomed house which brings together, and joins the original two older buildings, forming a complex of buildings that surround a small secluded very private pretty courtyard garden, ideal for sun bathing.

Two flat roof terraces provide further areas to relax and soak up the sun. The buildings comprise of two sitting rooms, a study, two shower rooms, two kitchens and three double bedrooms. The house can sleep up to six people.

A wood burning stove heats the house during the winter months and one of the bedrooms also has an open wood fire place. One double bedroom has air conditioning to keep you cool during the hot summer nights which also turns into a hot air heater for the winter. We also have electric blankets, electric radiators and double glazing in the new part of the house which makes it ideal for a winter break to walk or cycle the countryside.

Cher client, merci pour votre avis et je suis heureux que vous avez apprécié votre séjour. Le site vous permet de cocher une case quand vous décrivez les installations dans la maison, de sorte que la boîte de conditionnement d'air est cochée mais vous avez raison, il est dans une seule chambre dans la nouvelle partie de la maison. Quand il fait très chaud dans les deux autres chambres dans la partie ancienne de la maison, nous mettons les fans à l'intérieur des moustiquaires pour se rafraîchir la nuit et laisser les portes et les fenêtres ouvertes. Tout le mobilier est soit fabriqué à la main ou restauré par moi-même et n'est pas comme les canapés mous profonds et chaises plupart d'entre nous sont utilisés to.However il ya beaucoup de coussins! ce qui concerne Clive Dear Guest, thank you for your review and I am pleased you enjoyed your stay. The website allows you to tick a box when you describe the facilities in the house,so the air conditioning box is ticked but you are right, it is in only one bedroom in the new part of the house. When it is very hot in the other two bedrooms in the old part of the house we put the fans inside the mosquito nets to keep cool at night and leave the doors and windows open. All the furniture is either hand made or restored by myself and is not like the deep soft sofas and chairs most of us are used to.However there are lots of cushions! regards Clive

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Clive (the owner) a message.

If Clive (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
