Near the beach fully equipped FrenchTourism Classed 2 bedroom house, built 2011, with spacious light, sunny open plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with 4 large sliding doors onto south or southwest facing terrace with sunbeds, eating, and seating areas. You can hear the ocean when the wind is off shore :) The choice of the beauty of being able to walk in the pine forests to the 3 kilometre beach with the view of the Pyrenees and Basque Coast

Short stroll to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, takeaways, supermarket, shops, as well as an aquapark, tree climbing adventure park, spa centre, surf/skateboardschools, surf/cycle hire, mini golf, day and night markets (all within 500m) Skateboard park 1km

Labenne Ocean is a relaxed and beautiful village on the dunes surrounded by pine forests with extensive cycle tracks used equally with rollerbladers and joggers in the forest or along the river.

The well known surfspots and golf courses of Capbreton, Hossegor and Seignosse are a 10 min drive or there are cycle tracks next to the river or through the forest for the energetic. To the south are the larger towns of Bayonne, Biarritz 15 mins and the Spanish border 30 mins.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Michele (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
