Silverfield Villa is a brand new property completed in August 2016. It offers unrivaled accommodation with spectacular views down to the city of Granada and up to the Sierra Nevada mountains.

The property occupies over 14,000 sq ft of space over 6 floors accessed by an internal glass elevator...

The sleeping accommodation is highly flexible.

There are 2 bunk rooms suitable for kids or adults sleeping 6 in each room all with walk in wardrobes and shower en-suites.

There are 3 standard doubles with King beds that can be split into singles with en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobe, office space and seating area all with views.

There is one quad room that is two doubles (with bathroom splitting the room) that can be split into singles, this room has a shower en-suite and walk in wardrobe.

The top floor is the spectacular master suite. This suite can have the double split into single beds, huge seating areas and own terrace with furniture on the top floor with shower en-suite and spectacular bath in its own glass viewing area.

Each of the bedrooms is configured like a small suite with its own bathroom, desk and sitting area, toiletries, towels, robes and slippers. All rooms have WIFI access.

All rooms have TV's apart from the bunk rooms.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Please note that this property does not allow any pets in or on the grounds of the property.

We do not allow hen or stag groups. Party groups that breach the rental agreement are not permitted. Only paying guests are allowed at the property with a maximum of 24 persons at any one time.
