Less than 5 minutes walk/300metres away from the sandy Blue Flag beaches of La Zenia (3 beaches close together). La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre 20 minutes walk. Cabo Roig beach 60 minutes walk. Mar Menor 25 minutes drive south (several beaches to choose from, Lo Pagan is recommended). Torrevieja 10 mins drive north (many beaches to choose from and lovely marina). In summer there are jet-skis, pedalos to hire and banana boat rides and beach bars in winter the cafés are still open. Ideally positioned for all amenities bars, restaurants, internet cafés, shops, 3 supermarkets, chemists, hairdressers, beauty saloons, banks & churches are all within walking distance so a car is not required. Family oriented, well equipped, hot & cold air conditioning, non-smoking apartment, residents only outdoor formation communal pool with separate children's and jacuzzi areas. One member of the party must be over 21, their name and address must be provided as the lead member of the booking. We may ask for details of the guests including ages and gender. Identity verification will be required on arrival at the property before the keys are handed over. We deal only with the person paying for and occupying the apartment, not rental agents acting on behalf of others. Please advise on booking if you need airport transfers or if you will be hiring a car & need the garage key. Please contact our keyholder once you have collected your luggage at the airport to confirm your arrival and confirm the time you will be meeting them to obtain the keys to the apartment. If you are driving please contact them when you are 30 minutes away from the apartment.
Check In is strictly after 16:00 hours on day of arrival unless previously arranged. Check Out is strictly by 10:00 hours on day of departure, our cleaner will arrive at 10:00 hours and will need immediate access to the apartment unless otherwise arranged with the keyholder locally. Please contact us or our keyholder if you would like your luggage securely stored on the day of your arrival or departure. If you would like these times extended to better suit your needs, please contact us (it would be subject to other guests arriving/departing and the availability of our keyholder). Euro 60 cleaning fee payable locally in cash on arrival.

Balcony with sunblinds overlooking the quiet street below with glass patio table & 6 blue plastic chairs and front patio are ideal for dining fresco and catching the sun all year round. There is a communal pool area with a rock formation swimming pool that has its own children's and jacuzzi sections. Shaded Communal courtyard. There is also a free secure underground parking space available on request and free on street parking in quiet street by apartment.

The Costa Blanca (the white coast, named after it's lovely sandy beaches) is located approximately half-way along the east coast of Spain and is the coastline of the Province of Alicante, named after its capital the city of Alicante. With its ragged mountainous interior and miles of glorious sandy beaches and subtropical vegetation this is one of the most attractive and popular regions of Spain for visitors because of its excellent weather and climate and the many superb beaches which stretch for miles and miles along the coast.
La Zenia is a beautiful coastal town that is a popular & desirable holiday destination famous for its blue flag beaches. Walk along the cliffs to Cabo Roig, very pleasant on a hot summer's evening or on a sunny winter’s morning. It will take around an hour with wonderful views of the Mediterranean along the coast to La Manga and you will end up at Cabo Roig marina and beach (Cala Caleta) passing Cala Capitan on the way. Both have beach bars and cafés so you can stop for refreshments. There is a local market in Playa Flamenca (open on Saturdays 9am-2pm) within walking distance. It is one of the largest street markets on the Costa Blanca, people come from miles around to pick up a bargain or two. You can buy fresh local produce, jewellery, clothes, leather goods, shoes, linens and furniture. Other local markets include Torrevieja on Fridays and San Miguel on Wednesdays. La Zenia is a Golfer's Paradise. 3 world class championship courses, Campoamor, Villa Martin and Las Ramblas, are within a 5 to 10 minutes drive of the apartment. All 3 courses are 72 par, 18 holes. Less than an hour’s drive away is the world famous La Manga club. A short drive down the coast to the Mar Menor (Minor Sea) with its beautiful beaches and calm, shallow water ideal for young children and La Manga, a 22km sandbar. The area is home to some wonderful bird life including the pink flamingo. The main town, Torrevieja, hosts loads of attractions, including cinema, bowling, shops, bars, etc and its water park, Aquopolis, makes a wonderful day out for all the family. You can get very wet in the slides, flumes and waterfalls. With bars, cafés, restaurants and picnic areas located around the grounds. The park is usually open from May – October. The funfair at the Torrevieja marina is open in the summer months and is great fun for all ages, they have a good selection of rides, including a full Boeing 737 flight simulator! Within a 10 minute drive is the Habaneras shopping centre in Torrevieja with lots of shops to suit everyone, including an open-air bar/café with great views of the distant mountains. Benidorm hosts Europe's largest adventure/Theme park - Terra Mittica, Aqulandia Water Park, Mundomar Marine and exotic Animal Park.

Fantastic apartment in a superb location.beach 50m one way and La Zenia centre 200m in other direction.Cafe/Bars/Restaurants below.Beautiful area.Stayed with my 13 year old Son who thoroughly enjoyed the holiday..I hired a car to explore the coast,but you really do not need a car if staying here.Book this apartment,you will not get a better location.Big thanks to Miron for his assistance throughout our stay !!
“Fantastic area and apartment!”
The apartment was amazing, very clean and very well equipped. The communal pool and jacuzzi area were very nice with plenty of sunbathing space. Miron looks after the property, he picked us up from the airport on time as arranged, looked after our every need while we was there and his Indian restaurant below was to die for - a definite must on your stay. The apartment is very central to everything, bars and shops 2 minute walk 1 way and beach is a 2 minute walk the opposite way, absolute ideal location for everyone who would want to visit La Zenia. I will definitely be back next year and many thanks to Gina who owns the apartment and Miron who looks after the place there as they were both fantastic. The holiday was very easy to arrange and communication from both Gina and Miron were excellent. Book this place you will not be disappointed!!!
“Amazing location without a car.”
I travelled with my husband and 8 year old son. We didnt want to drive in spain so we needed a good central location. These apartments provided exactly that. We were a 2 minute walk to the beach. We were a 2 min walk away from bars resturants. Just down the road provided more entertainment bars/ mini golf/ go karts. Then not more than 20 mins in a taxi we were at the water park too. The apartment itself was excellent, great kitchen facitilies, good size bathroom. Washing machine was great too. The main reason we chose this was for location and the pool which was fab. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a central location.
“close to all and marvellous pool”
my partner and i wanted to escape for a few days get some sun swim in the med have a pool and have some night life nearby without it being too noisy and this place checked all the boxes. the flat has everything you could need and is run by the couple who run the restaurant underneath, they couldnt have been nicer or more helpful, thanks maika and miron. The pool is fantastic and not just your standard rectangle. the beach is 5 mins walk so no hassle with moving car to go and park, its a short walk. The beach is ample size so even on busy days there is always a spot and has a great seaside walk for an evening stroll. plenty of market days to go to with a car but check with a local which ones are worth the effort before going and go early as it gets very hot. the flat has air con but we found that by leaving the front door open and the balcony patio windows there was a lovely through draught although air con is necessary sometimes. we would definitely remember this flat for future quick breaks away for a much needed sun holiday. there is a pool attendant which is good for those with kids.
