This spacious 2nd floor apartment has been finished to a high standard and has air-conditioning/central heating. The master bedroom has a double bed and the twin room has 2 single beds. The kitchen is well equipped and includes fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven/hob and washing machine. The layout consists of an open plan lounge and dining area, with seating for 4 people. For your entertainment there is a 32' LCD TV, with English channels and DVD Player. Large patio doors lead from the lounge to the outside terrace which has stunning views of the pool area and golf course . The 5 star resort is secure and self-contained and perfect for the whole family with its own swimming pools, supermarket, clubhouse, bars and restaurants. The beautiful blue flag beach of Los Alcazares is merely 15 mins drive away, offering many shops, bars, and restaurants. The house is 20 mins drive from the beautiful, historic city of Murcia. San Javier Airport is a 20 min drive away.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:

Towels and linen are provided with the exception of beach towels. The house is fully cleaned for arrival and the final day cleaning will be charged at a rate of 65 euros and is payable on arrival. A Welcome Pack is available on request.
