This superb villa has two bedrooms, sleeps four, but also has a sofa bed for an additional 2, as well as a travel cot and travel type booster seat/highchair , stair gates, has its own private fenced pool, garden is also fenced for child security , furnished to a high standard with full air-con and central heating throughout. In a quiet location Very close to the supermarket and shops, opposite landscaped open space, 5 minute walk to the centre of the resort

We have installed a Key safe next to the front door the access code for this will be sent to you nearer the time of your arrival this will allow you access to the villa

Located at just 15 minutes' drive from San Javier-Murcia airport and 15-20 minutes from the nearest beaches of Santiago de la Ribera & Los Alcazares.

In the glass cabinet in lounge we provide, wine and spirit glasses table clothes ,maps etc, board games, dominoes, scrabble, chess/draughts , backgammon playing cards etc

All linen and towels including beach towels are provided, high chair and cot available.

kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer ,automatic washing machine & clothes Aires, clothes Basket, mop, vacuum cleaner.

A range of DVD's and CD's for both children and adults are provided and a selection of books should you have forgotten to take one with you.

Just returned from our second visit to the villa this year. The villa is spotlessly clean and a real home from home. Sara was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. If you want a peaceful holiday in a beautiful villa I can highly recommend .

The villa was in tiptop condition will all the facilities we needed. The marvellous pool in the garden was used everyday. We enjoyed the quiet ambience of the resort. We visited many local resorts of interest. The holiday was a great success.

We had an amazing holiday at Michael's beautiful villa, from start to finish we couldn't have asked for more. Everything was made easy and informative from the booking process to all the information provided about the villa and surrounding areas, we couldn't have asked for more. Amazingly well thought out for families with stair gates, pool safety surround and the La Torre golf resort itself felt very safe. We didn't eat in any of the restaurants onsite but with all the information Michael provided we were certainly not stuck for choice and enjoyed driving out most nights to explore different towns and what they had to offer. We loved the beaches Michael recommended and we also loved the shopping centre at La Zenia. Yes, admittedly, La Torre Golf resort is on the quiet side, but if you're anything like us, this is what we prefer and then having the option of going 'into the thick of it' should we want, which was only a short drive away. Came home well and truly relaxed and how many people can say that when holidaying with a 4 year old and 2 teenagers!!!!

This villa had everything we needed when travelling with a 2 year old and more! The pool fence was really helpful as were the toys in the roof box and DVD's. The kitchen was well equipped and the air con and wifi well used. We hired a car (which I think is needed) and it was about 25 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to the beach. It is good to be able to use the facilities such as the pools on the rest of the resort but the hotel was shut. The shops are a short walk and there are a few restaurants a short walk away although these shut for winter whilst we were there. The restaurants on the nearby industrial estate are good to have and we had takeaway a few nights from them. Overall this was a fab villa and we would stay again but the resort is quiet so it depends on the type of holiday you want.

We travelled with teenagers and young children and had a wonderful holiday. The apartment was very well stocked with home comforts- DVDs, beach items etc. Managing agent was very helpful too and it was a real bonus to have our ow pool. You need your own car which came in useful when exploring the area. We will be back.

This villa is perfect everything you need, I went with my husband and 2 children (16 and 9 ) for two weeks. The Vila is all fenced which is good because looking around la torre not many of them are so it was made that little bit more private. The security on site is very good and we felt safe letting the children wonder around on their own. The villa is within two minutes of the supermarket and 4/5 minutes of the town centre and ice cream parlour which the kids loved, we didn't use the communal pools as with having your own there was no real need. We visited Mar Menor and the mud baths which was fun and went on the paddles boats and the beach is lovely there. We also visited Terra Natura in Murcia which was lovely and we got an offer we payed for 1 day and got 2/3rd day free so we visited the 2nd day too. We also went into San Javier and the supermarkets there, there is also an Iceland, so some home comforts where a help with our fussy eating children. We ate out at the Indian and Italian restaurant The Welcome and The Wok Chinese buffet and the other Indian on the industrial estate all where very nice, the chinese buffet is a must though for the money my son the fussy eater tryed squid octapus razor clamp and other stuff which surprised us, me and my husband had a night out to ourselves too (something we don't usually do but because we knew the children where safe) we made the short journey to Valle Da Sol just on the roundabout from La Torre which is a Spanish bar which was lovely and traditional. Sarah and Mark where always on hand if needed too which was good, all in all we had a brilliant two weeks and will definitely be looking to go back next year.

The key holders provided a personal, helpful service that was much appreciated. We would definitely recommend and will visit again.

The house is superb. Clean, furnished to a very high standard with everything that one could wish for. The welcome pack and the excellent service provided by Sara and Mark gave us a great start to our holiday. The location of the villa; the plunge pool and the availability of a B-B-Q were made for us. The booking process was easy and very well managed. An all round delight; we shall be back.
