Situated in the green in 3 km from the city of La Spezia, (thanks to the Tunnel Mouth) double bedroom, living room with double sofa-bed, American kitchen, new furnishings, bathroom shower + bath, +1 open sleeping area with bunk beds, terrace of 15mq, parking under the House, sunny is just 4 km from the railway station and convenient for visiting the beautiful 5 Terre , 5 km from the ferry departure to Portovenere, 5 Terre, Palmaria and 15 km to Lerici, Portovenere and 5 Terre Parkway. We rent to weeks but short stays are possible. The House is suitable for both couples and families with children (max 2 children), the holiday will be the sea or for walkers there are paths of CAI reached already at 1 km from home for excursions both in the green forests of the sea, Excellent paths for bicycle lovers. In case of bad weather we recommend a visit to the nearby Aquarium of Genoa (100 km by highway) a strategic position for visiting the nearby Tuscany with Pisa, Lucca 40 minutes to 1 hour, Florence 1 hour and a half and still Parma 1 Genoa 1 hour now. The Apuan Alps sweeping visiting some beautiful marble quarries which are easily identifiable by the road near Carrara. The House is very cool even in the height of summer and during the winter, with heating and sunny location however is warm and cozy. We offer included all household linen for all occupants, will change weekly.
