The room is part of a house with 1 bed rooms, with garden private parking quiet area close to the railway station and the city center. At walking distance from the station in 10 min. to visit the 5 lands , and in 20 min.si comes to the boats departure to the islands and lands 5 Portovenere Lerici Tellaro San Terenzo. La Spezia is a strategic point in 1 hour you come to Florence, Pisa, Lucca Genoa. neighborhood is quiet with lots of green is well equipped supermarket and bus collegato.Il train and ferry to the 5 lands are well served every time there's Departure and the ' arrival. my house is clean and welcoming the customers say and make me compliments for my smile . I am a positive person I love the people and c ' , and always more to learn the neighborhood is quiet is easily accessible by bus There are supermarket , restaurants and pizzerias my house is warm in the sun and my clients feel comfortable at their house I was born in borgotaro in Emilia 10 years old I moved to SPICE , I like to cook I love music dance sea skiing and reading books traveling cycling and driving the car and the scouter

A 20-minute walk you reach the center in 15 minutes to the central station for the train to the 5 lands .the beaches can be reached by train with the bus or the machine there are cycle paths and mountain trails with the bicycle

the house is at your disposal. as soon as you arrive I give you all the instructions for the house I give you the keys. I can recommend itineraries .and I will be available for all your requests Breakfast is included, if you stay more than 3 days you have use of kitchen.
