This spacious Chalet Style Villa is on one level with private enclosed garden, parking for up to 4 cars, BBQ and several outdoor seating areas including a roof terrace The large community pool is in front of the villa, with lawns, small childrens play area, 3 small addtional pools and water cascades.Located on the prestigious La Sella Golf Resort. The 18 hole golf course is just 5 minutes by car and La Sella Tennis Club which offers a full range of Tennis Courses and Clay Courts, is 5 minutes walking distance.Other facilites within a 5 minutes walk include a supermarket,horse riding, bar and restaurant and a chemist. There are also two other restaurants located within 10 to 15 minutes walk respectively. The towns and beaches of Denia and Javea are 10 minutes by car.

Getting around

It is advisable to have a car. The towns and beaches are only 10 minutes drive away The motorway is 5 minutes drive from the Villa if you decide to go further. The villa is perfectly located to go out and about.

Interaction with guest

I am always in hand to make sure things are going well with your stay at the Villa and if there are any problems I try to deal with them in person. I think this is validated in the excellent reviews I have received from previous guests. Service is the key ....

“Home from home with beautiful views and good weather”

Sharron is an excellent host and we really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Sharron was there to meet us on arrival and had milk, bread there for us which made us feel very welcome. The house is a good size and was very well cleaned prior to our stay. As we had young kids the the kitchen was important and it had all the utensils, cutlery and crockery that we needed. It also had a washing machine which we found very useful. The garden is ideal for young children as it is completely enclosed and it was very safe for them to run around by themselves. The BBQ area was very useful and we used it a number of times during our stay. The roof terrace is was very nice place to relax in the early morning or late at night to sit and watch the stars. Access to the pool is very convenient from the villa and Sharron has light weight deck chairs that you can bring with you. We really enjoyed our stay in the villa, it was very relaxing with all the convenience of home but with the added advantage of good weather.

We had a great time in this nicely furnished house, with place for all of us, at walking distance from a big swimming pool, an excellent horse riding club and sports facilities. Marina Alta is a great region, uniquely diverse and beautiful, excellent food and a diversity of different beaches and towns . Beware however that the tap water is not drinkable, and mosquitos are widespread and pretty clever!

This villa is well located in La Sella being a 5 minute walk (through the communal gardens) to the centre for the shop, tennis and restaurant (where the food is very good). The villa itself is all on one level with the odd step outside and is suited to people with mobility problems but is not fully wheel chair accessible. It is in a very quiet area of La Sella at the lower end of the resort. The owner is a lovely lady who is on hand to greet you and explain all you need to know. She couldn't be more helpful. The villa itself is a little tired in decor and furnishing but is comfortable enough. The garden is very pleasant with various seating areas for both sun and shade. There is ample parking for two cars.

As a family of seven including teenagers this house and location was ideal for us. Clean spacious accommodation and the roof top terrace dining area was used every day. Good local restaurants are within walking distance. Car required to visit Javea (best beach), Benidorm and Denia. Communal pool is spacious. All in all we had a wonderful stay and Sharron was very good and convivial hostess. Book with confidence.

We've spent one week at Sharron's fantastic villa with our two kids and our friends also with two kids. The place was fabulous, perfectly located in the heart of a small village with great views of the mountains and just 15 minutes drive to the beaches of Denia and beautiful Javea. The house has a beautiful garden, two terraces (one on the roof). Inside it has all the necessary amenities, 4 bedrooms, a nice kitchen and a large living room. The swimming pool is around the corner. The entire place is an oasis of tranquility. I would highly recommend this to families, couples or friends travelling together. Sharron was a great host, very helpful and quickly at responding to any inquiries.

We were so so happy with the house we chose, beautiful home, stunning viewings and perfect location...it gave us everything we wanted.....the house is situated in a quiet location but close to everything we wanted so we had; relaxation, countryside, beaches, beautiful Spanish town and great bars and restaurants. Definitely will recommend it to everyone!

Beautiful house. Perfect location. Right by the tennis club and restaurant, meant that we didnt need to use the car. We were a group of 5 friends and it was perfect for those who were playing tennis and those who werent! The pools are amazing and it was warm enough for a swim.

How do damage deposits work?
