A spacious farmhouse full of character and charm, situated in a very quiet hamlet. It is a haven of peace and tranquility. It boasts a large 12m x 6m pool, extensive lawn area and peaceful surroundings. It is nestled in beautiful countryside on the Dordogne and Lot et Garonne border, offering tranquility but is close to amenities and the towns of Eymet, Duras and Miramont de Guyenne. Bergerac airport is only 30 mins away, with Bordeaux airport about 1 hour and 15 mins away. It's the perfect location for those wanting to escape and unwind and also for exploring the area, its history, its chateaux and its world famous wines.

The accommodation offers 2 king size beds, 1 double bed, one room with a king size bed with a day bed that can be single or double and a mezzanine bedroom which can be configured as a king size or 2 single beds. We also have a travel cot. Please let us know when booking what configuration you desire. The kitchen has an extra long table, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, large oven/hob, microwave, coffee maker, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The lounge comprises a log burner, 3 sofas, 1 armchair, LED TV, Blu-ray/DVD player and English and French channels. There is a shower room, family bathroom and separate toilet. There is also a laundry room with washing machine. The whole property has ADSL Wi-Fi. Outside, as well as the pool which has sun loungers, there is table tennis, a swing and slide and a patio terrace area with BBQ.

A perfect retreat for large families to come together.

We have llamas, cats and hens that also live on our property.

We live on site along with my elderly father, so are able to help with any queries you may have during your stay and your privacy is important to us. We maintain the pool and water the plants every day in hot weather but do so at times as to not intrude on your privacy.

We had an amazing week in this beautiful, well equipped gite. Berenice and Mark were friendly and gave us great advice on places to go. The exceptionaly clean pool was a joy! Our whole party enjoyed visits from their dog and cats and watching their llamas. It is a brilliant place for families as well as couples. So many pretty and interesting places to visit, so much wine to be sampled, markets to look at and a great food festival in the village. We hope to return soon. How do damage deposits work?

If Bérénice (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
