Appartement de 35m2 lumineux et très bien situé : dans le quartier du vieux port, vous aurez une vue sur la tour de la lanterne depuis le canapé du salon ! Pas besoin de voiture pour profiter de la ville et des îles. L'appartement est bien équipé, confortable et fonctionnel. Convient très bien pour couples et petites familles. Il comprend une chambre (3 couchages), un salon, coin cuisine, salle de bain, petite terrasse. La chambre donne côté terrasse vers l'intérieur du bâtiment et est donc au calme. Le salon donne sur une rue semi-piétonne (canapé-lit). L'appartement se situe au premier étage d'un immeuble de caractère, situé dans une rue animée du vieux port de La Rochelle. Les draps et serviettes de toilette sont fournis gracieusement.

“Fantastically Located”

This is a wonderfully located, cosy apartment in the very centre of La Rochelle. The street is full of restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours, as is the rest of the town. There are also plenty of shops, a great aquarium and harbour. The lovely, sandy beach is a 5 minute walk from the apartment and was never too crowded and always clean. The apartment makes a good base for your holiday. I think it would be best suited to 2 or 3 guests, as the living area and storage facilities are a little tight for 4 adults. The beds are comfortable and there was a good amount of linen and towels. A lovely little apartment.

How do damage deposits work?
