The location of this typical house of La Rochelle is exceptional: a few steps from the beach and the waterfront, the old port of St John Street and its restaurants, casino. On the edge of the park, in a quiet neighborhood of beautiful homes, 200 m. promenade du Mail. Park your car for free in the street Jeanne d'Albret and forget. Everything is on foot: beach, walks by the sea, shopping at the market, city tours, restaurants and bars. If you prefer, you can also go cycling, they are easy to store in private alley alongside the house beautiful walks from the casino along the cliffs to the Bay Head beach or the Minimes (15mn), the oyster villages or to the Isle of re (10 minutes by car, 30 minutes by bike, easy runs). The immediate environment is privileged: street classified as historical monuments, beautiful residences nearby, popular area, access to parks in 1 min (petting zoo, playgrounds, rides, mini-golf), downtown pedestrian accessible 10 minutes walk or a few minutes by bike. The house was completely renovated in 2017 by an architect and a landscape. The traditional charm has been preserved, but a clean, contemporary design brings him comfort and refinement. Everything is new, furniture, bedding, appliances, dishes. The landscaped garden, green gem in any season, with its olive trees, its cypress and flower beds is not vis-a-vis; heated pool, garden lounge and dining area create a unique holiday atmosphere in relation to the situation of the house. Housekeeping is included as well as sheets, towels and kitchen linen. A TV area is available in the converted room in the attic, with a large sofa corner for movie nights. WiFi available throughout the house and garden. Two fridges are available, one for food (with separate freezer), one for beverages; Nespresso machine, full kitchen equipment, necessary for cocktails; bench in the pool; blade of water in the pool; logs for the fireplace provided; Bedding very good quality; outside dining area thought to be protected from wind and sun umbrella without; Mini table tennis with his mini-rackets ... night lighting of the pool, garden and terrace. This location may not be suitable for young children due to steep stairs to the attic room converted.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
