Description

This lovely villa is close to restaurants and bars, supermarkets and is on a regular bus route direct to Benidorm. Located in a quiet residential area of La Nucia, the villa will sleep upto 12 people, 7 in the main villa and 5 in the lower and self contained apartment, ideal for extended families or friends holidaying together.

This property is available for Winter rentals from October to April (Minimum 3 months), for further information please contact PMR.

The main villa has a large lounge leading from the entrance hall, the lounge has modern furnishings, large sofas, dining table seating 6 and SKY TV giving free to view UK channels. The kitchen is well laid out with lots of cupboards and workspace and you will find all appliances included and equipment for all cooks.

Leading from the lounge is a sun room which has beautiful views over the pool and garden. The room has a nice table and 4 chairs and sofa making the room ideal for creating extra space for larger parties. The sun room opens to a lovely sunny terrace and is furnished with table and chairs for dining Al Fresco. Steps lead down from this terrace to the pool and garden areas.

There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double and single bed, plenty of wardrobe space and as well as an air conditioning unit there is also a ceiling fan. There is a large en-suite bathroom off the master suite with a bath and separate shower.

The second bedroom is a twin room and also has air conditioning and ceiling fan and plenty of wardrobe space. The third bedroom is a twin room also with a wardrobe. You will find a useful family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Outside, the property is fully enclosed and the garden and pool area has various gates making it safe for children. To the front of the house is a pretty mediterranean garden with plenty of shrubs and bushes planted into gravel.

The rear of the house has a very large garden with a large pool 10m x 4m and around the pool are sun loungers. There is a lovely outside bar with fridge for drinks and bar stools, you will also find outside furniture for dining.

From the garden, a gate leads to the separate and self contained apartment.

There is a further garden which is well planted with palm trees and mediterranean shrubs and has shady seating, a water feature and a separate entrance gate which can be used directly to the apartment.

The apartment has a lovely enclosed and private courtyard garden with table and chairs for sitting in the sun. The lounge has patio doors leading to the courtyard making it a light and bright room. There are two sofas and SKY TV is installed giving free to view channels, WIFI is now included in all weekly holiday rentals and connected from the main villa. There is an American style open kitchen which is well equipped and has microwave, oven and hob.

The apartment has two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes and the second bedroom is a triple room which also has wardrobes and there is a ceiling fan fitted in this room. Please note there is no air conditioning in the apartment however the layout of the property means these rooms are naturally cooler in summer.

There is plenty of parking outside of the property, off road and in addition a useful garage, should this be required.

For your safety and security both the main villa and apartment have safes available for your valuables at no extra charge and are fitted with smoke detector and fire extinguisher.

Need to sleep more? We have other villas very nearby so if you are holidaying as a large group, you could all stay close by.

“Everything and more”

All I can say about this villa was it was everything and more than we needed. We were a group of 11 who stayed in this beautiful villa at the end of June 2017. It is ideally located so close to the shops and bars of La Nucia. It was very spacious with plenty of room for everybody. The only downfall we had was that in the apartment to use the toilet you had to go through the master bedroom at night to go into the kitchen and on to the toilet. It did look like there had been a toilet in the small bathroom taken out to put in a shower I would advise the owner to maybe get a smaller shower tray and put the toilet back in but we managed to work around this and it really did not make a big difference to our experience in this beautiful villa. The bar was a great bonus and every night we had a nightcap before bed, We went into Benidorm most nights which was only a short bus journey in, The buses ran every 2 hours we usually got the 6.30 pm bus in every evening.and it was €2 per person. We usually got a taxi back home which was about €12 and it was lovely to come back to the peace and quiet of La Nucia. There are also some lovely restaurants within walking distance. We visited the chinese restaurant China Garden which was excellent and great value. Close to the chinese is another restaurant Carbon this also was excellent. There are 2 supermarkets we found the mercadona supermarket better value but if you want brands you know the other supermarket was good for that. The bank machines and taxi rank is also located near the other supermarket and it is all within walking distance. Would we go back you can bet your life we would all we can say is that we had a really enjoyable holiday in this beautiful villa and would highly recommend it to anybody

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
