This charming cottage is comfortable and well equipped with parking inside gate, set in walled and gated front garden and private courtyard back garden, 2 minute walk to the delightful village square of La Noue which offers cafe,bakery,market, bike hire, deli, fish mongers, newsagents and restaurants and more.

A contemporary whitewashed island home with modern amenities. Wood burner for cosy out of season stays Oct to Apr also has central heating. Open plan living room, dining area and kitchen leads walled front garden friendly and secluded back courtyard garden great for BBQ's and outside dinning.

1 bedroom with king(UK) size bed, leather sofa and comfy leather double sofa/bed in lounge area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower, internet connection for use with your laptop/devices. Flat screen TV mainly french channels and DVD player, DVD collection on site. The perfect base to explore the 10 unspoiled villages of Île de Ré with its fishing ports and fabulous restaurants, 100 k plus of safe easy cycling.

Well behaved dogs welcome on request, please ask about suitability only prearranged pets will be allowed access.

La Noue beach and children play park a is 5 min walk away with climbing frames, ping pong table, basket ball hoop and volley ball/badminton net.

The best way to enjoy the island is on bike and most of the island can be explored this way without use of a car.

Secure parking for car and or bikes within locked gate.

House is well equipped with central heating, bath and shower, triflow tap with water filter in the kitchen. Washing machine and dishwasher. Comfortable sofas, good size dining table inside and in garden BBQ, Tassimo happy pod coffee machine, Flat screen TV, blue tooth speaker, WiFi. We provide meet and greet and help with any problems that occur at the house that are affecting your stay.Travel cots and high chairs for babies available on request.

Why can't I call Glenda (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Glenda (the owner) a message.

If Glenda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
