Welcome to our Beautiful Apartment in LA MATA (Torrevieja).

We are located just 100 metres from the beach, the town centre and the excellent promenade and restaurants/bars. There are no hills so the location is ideal for walking. The nearby bus stop provides access to Torrevieja.

The apartment is perfect for couples and small families.

It is a very beautiful and typically Spanish Apartment with high levels of comfort and convenience for a great vacation and is perfectly located on the first floor of a secure entry apartment building in the town of La Mata (with lift access). There is a community roof terrace which provides sunshine from sunrise to sunset and magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Salt Lake Nature Park of La Mata.

In the apartment there are 2 bedrooms (double bed, bunk beds and two extra pull-out beds if required), a bathroom, living room, kitchen and small balcony. The living room is furnished with a 4 seater sofa and arm chair.

In the apartment there are 2 bedrooms (double bed, bunk beds and two extra pull-out beds if required), a bathroom, living room, kitchen and small balcony. The living room is furnished with a 4 seater sofa and arm chair. There is a dining table, 6 chairs and bar stool and matching wall and TV units making the living room welcoming and comfortable. A 32" LCD TV provides digital reception including radio channels and includes HDMI inputs. To the rear of the living room is a patio door leading to the small balcony and a table and chairs for outside dining. Off the entrance corridor is the separate kitchen complete with fridge/freezer, work-top oven, hob, kettle, toaster, food blender, microwave, washing machine and all of the necessary, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for self catering. The bathroom is fully tiled with toilet, bidet, bath with shower over and hand basin with vanity mirror. There is an oil-filled radiator for the winter months.

Secure garage parking is available if required. No smoking and no pets are permitted in the apartment.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

Air Conditioning is provided by pre-payment meter so you can monitor your own use.

There is also the option of WiFi Internet access if booked in advance - £10 per full week plus £2 per additional day. WiFi is free of charge for bookings of over 13 days.

When making an enquiry please specify if WiFi Internet is required as it will need to be scheduled with the provider.

On arrival you will be met by a member of our Property Manager's team. You may arrive at the accommodation after 16:00 hours on the date of arrival and leave by 11:00 hours on the date of departure - this may be flexible with the agreement of the Property Manager if the apartment has not been booked by other guests on the changeover days.

ADDITIONAL FEES

The following locally paid charges are applicable to all bookings and are in addition to the rental and optional extras fees:

20 Euro fee for meet & greet by the Property Manager or 30 Euro if this is between 10pm and 7am.

50 Euro fee for end-of-rental cleaning. The apartment will be cleaned for the next guests.

One set of Bed Linen and Towels are included. Please note beach towels are not included.

The apartment is available for long lets (8 weeks or more). Long lets are 10% cheaper.

La Mata

La Mata, officially known as TorreLaMata, is an excellent place for a holiday in Spain and unlike a lot of towns on the Costa Blanca, it still retains a Spanish identity. The village of La Mata is one of the more popular Spanish villages on the Mediterranean coast.

With 11Km of beautiful beach, from La Mata to Guardamar Del Segura, La Mata retains its Spanish identity and was voted as one of the healthiest places in the world to live by the World Health Organisation. The concentration of salt and the temperature, combine to endow this area with a particularly healthy micro-climate, recommended by doctors for its beneficial properties. The climate in La Mata makes it an ideal location for year round holiday activities, especially if you want to fulfil that yearning for some sunshine during those dreary winter months in the UK.

On average, La Mata enjoys 320 days of sunshine per year and an average daily temperature of 17C. Temperatures in July and August are typically 30C.

La Mata and the surrounding area offers all the typical activities for the holidaymaker - Golf, Horse Riding, Bird Watching, Water Sports, Walking, Shopping, Eating, etc.

There is a weekly Wednesday market 1 minute from the apartment.

La Mata is on the main bus route to both Alicante and Torrevieja as well as Cartagena.

I stayed in this lovely apartment with my daughter for a week in September. It was exactly as described- great location, very comfortable, very relaxing. I would recommend a visit to the pink salt lake and floating in the wonderfully warm 'healing' waters. We will definitely be booking again.
