A very nice, perfectly located first floor apartment in the town centre of La Mata. Close to all locate amenities and a stones throw from the beach this apartment sleeps 4 people and is ideal for those wanting a holiday in a traditional Spanish town close to the beach and local shops, bars and restaurants.

The apartment is on the first floor of a secure entry apartment building in the centre of the town and benefits from a communal swimming pool and a 2 minute walk to the beach and town centre.

On entering the apartment you find 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and balcony.

The living room is furnished with a 3 seater sofa and matching arm chair. There is a dining table and 4 chairs and matching wall and TV units making the living room welcoming and comfortable. There is a TV with UK channels, a mini hi fi unit and a ceiling fan for the warmer months. For the winter months the owner has provided an oil radiator for warmth.

To the rear of the living room is a door leading to the balcony and a table and chairs are provided for outside dining.

To the right of the living room lies the second bedroom with 2 single beds, a set of drawers for storage, bedside table and lamp and fitted wardrobes. There is also a ceiling fan fitted for the Summer months. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Off the main corridor is the separate kitchen complete with fridge / freezer, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and washing machine. The apartment is equipped with all of the necessary, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for self catering.

Also off the main corridor is the filled tiled bathroom with toilet, bath with shower over, wash hand basin with mirror over and bidet.

The master bedroom also lies off the main corridor and has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom also has a ceiling fan fitted. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The apartment building has roof access for drying washing etc. and there is also a communal swimming pool for the residents. Although the apartment is only on the first floor there is lift access to all floors in the building.

This is a very nice apartment central to the town of La Mata and perfect for couples and small families alike.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
