In the main area of this Hot/Cold Air conditioned villa you will find a dining area with table and 8 chairs, TV with Uk channels, the lounge area is equipped with corner settee, Flat screen TV and tv unit, coffee table. 4 sets of patio doors which lead out to under cover terrace with table and chairs and with views over the pool

Kitchen

The kitchen comes fully equipped with dish washer, American style fridge freezer, oven, hob, micro- wave, kettle, coffee maker, utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect. Utility Room with washing machine.

Bedrooms

Master bedroom with Hot/Cold Air conditioning, King size double bed, bedside cabinets, walk-in wardrobe and an en suite with shower, WC and wash hand basin and ceiling Fan. Patio doors leading out to the two large sun terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens.

2nd Hot/Cold Air conditioning bedroom is equipped with, King size double bed, bedside cabinets and built-in wardrobe and ceiling Fan.

3rd Hot/Cold Air conditioning bedroom is equipped with two single beds, bedside cabinets and built-in wardrobe and ceiling Fan.

Lower Ground Floor

4th bedroom is equipped with three single beds, bedside cabinets and built-in wardrobe and ceiling Fan.

A popular local market is held on Thursdays - within 20 minute walk of this property, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.

BOOKING POLICY

PLEASE NOTE TO BE PAID ON ARRIVAL

£150 or 150 Euro Cleaning/Linen Fee has to be paid and air-con deposit.

If required The hot and cold air conditioning in this property is metered, payable at the property we would require 100 Euro deposit on arrival and amount not used returned on day of leaving

To secure your holiday a deposit of 25% of the holiday price is required. The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday and the £400 returnable security bond must be paid.

We can also supply cot and Highchair hire at 25 Euro a week each.

Arrival at the property is from 1600 hrs and departure from 10.00hrs. Late arrivals after 20.00hrs will incur a 25 euro fee and after 23.00hrs up to 01.00 50 euro fee when handing over the keys at the property.

Please note arrivals after 01.00am will have to be confirmed before booking.

FREE Wi-Fi is available at the property.

The property will be cleaned to a high standard and fresh bed linen, bath towels, hand towels are provided.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
