Perfect for holidays. Very spacious traditional Spanish style detached villa with a private garden BBQ area and its own private swimming pool.The villa is situated in a quiet residential area within a few minutes walk to all amenities including a local supermarket, restaurants, bars and twice weekly market.

The property comprises one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The bedroom leads out onto a small walled balcony area.

Also on the first floor is a large gallery area which houses a sofa bed (can sleep 2 guests if required).

On the ground floor are two twin bedrooms located either side of a shower room/wc.

The open plan living area comprises a large living/dining area with satellite TV and a well equipped kitchen.

The property is air-conditioned throughout and the bedrooms have ceiling fans. BBQ and outdoor table, chairs and sun loungers.

Located in a residential area close to all amenities. 20 mins from Alicante International Airport, 5 mins from the local town, 10 mins from the beach, 6 miles from La Marquesa Golf Course. A further 3 golf courses located approx 30 mins drive away.

Cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron. The washing machine is located outside the back door.

Cleaning/towels/linen:Towels are provided for use within the villa.

Beds changed before arrival, no maid service. There is a washing machine available.

Swimming pool (10 x 5m), shower, sun loungers, umbrella, barbecue, washing machine located outside back door. Double gates to driveway for at least two cars. Intercom system to gate.

Only a 10 minute walk from Large Supermarket and plenty of bars some offering night time entertainment, restaurants and shops and 3 minute drive from more Supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

A popular local market is held on Saturdays and Thursdays - within 5 minutes drive of the villa, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.

Please note we are sorry we no longer allow all Male or Female groups.

BOOKING POLICY

PLEASE NOTE TO BE PAID ON ARRIVAL

If required The hot and cold air conditioning in this property is metered, payable at the property we would require 100 Euro deposit on arrival and amount not used returned on day of leaving.

To secure your holiday a deposit of 25% of the holiday price is required. The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday and the £300 returnable security bond must be paid.

We can also supply cot and Highchair hire at 25 Euro a week each.

Arrival at the property is from 1500 hrs and departure from 10.00hrs. Late arrivals after 20.00hrs will incur a 25 euro fee and after 23.00hrs up to 01.00 50 euro fee when handing over the keys at the property.

Please note arrivals after 01.00am will have to be confirmed before booking.

FREE Wi-Fi is available at the property.

The property will be cleaned to a high standard and fresh bed linen, bath towels, hand towels are provided.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
