Situated at the end of a quiet Cul de Sac on a corner plot

General Location

This well equipped holiday villa is situated on the Costa Blanca only 20/25 minutes away from Alicante airport, 5/10 minutes from the sandy beaches of La Marina village. Locally there are several bars and tasty restaurants serving everything from paella to pizza, Spanish, Italian, Indian, Chinese, English you will be spoilt for choice. Some offer 3 course menus Del Dia from under 10 euros

There are several supermarkets ranging from DialPrix, Consumer,SuperValu, Lidl, Mercadona and Iceland to the Chinese Bazaars.

You also have a choice of 3 social centres with pools(summer Only) .

Further afield you have the coastal resorts of SantaPola, Guardamar and Torrevieja with extensive sandy beaches and a variety of Restaurants, Bars , Bistros and Cafes.


This modernised and extended ROSA type villa is fully equipped for all year round family holiday lets (No smoking, no pets)

An ideal villa in a near central location

Nice location near to restaurants and bars beach is only 10 minutes by car. The villa is very clean with all the facilities you require. Certainly would stay there again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Geoff (the owner) a message.

If Geoff (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
