Great villa in La Manga with a fantastic location and a private pool with outdoor shower, no need to share with others! The villa is approximately 160 square meter, also a covered area of 25 square meters.

The residence is located at the end of lamanga strip, walking distance to restaurants and the shops. A stunning beach is located right by. Here you can enjoy a lovely drink or a good dinner. Very good bus connections with only 500 meters to the bus stop for buses all day in high season and otherwise well connected outside of peak season.

Only 150 meters from popular beach with restaurants, beach bars and activities. Near the pitch & put course and driving ranch.

Wonderful climate and 320 days of sunshine! Perfect for families, golfers, friend walks, retirees and anyone who wants to combine quiet sunny vacation days at the beach and by the pool, with a rich variety of activities and experiences.

Lovely views from the roof terrace, here one has a panoramic view of the canal, the canal that gives its name Veneciola after Venice.

The house and grounds are child friendly, safe and suitable for families of all ages.

The villa is fully equipped with bedding and hand towels and have TV with UK channels and free wireless Internet access, in addition, there are 7 available bikes, 4 adults and 3 children bicycles, 4 tennis rackets, games, babybed and chair, all included in the rent.

Air conditioning in all bedrooms and underfloor heating in all rooms (for possible use in the winter months)

“Holiday Let”

My family and I stayed for a week and we fairly enjoyed our time there. The location was amazing, very close to both seas/beaches (Mar Menor and Mar Mediterraneo). The swimming pool was a stunning extra for the mornings and evenings (the inflatables provided lots of fun to the whole family). We also enjoyed having bikes available to use. Slight inconvenience when we arrived as the house was not ready for us and we had to wait.

Owner's reply: Hello again, Thank you for your good review, I like all you wrote, until the last sentence. As you have been there 16.00, sure the house should be ready for you, you should not be waiting for the cleaning to be finished. Therefore, I have just sent a very clear message to the cleaning staff what I mean about that, and I therefore expect this never happens again. Best regards, Thor Aage Johansen.
